'Creek'
The floorboard of the broken-down cottage groaned under someone's heel down the hall. The walls were damp with sewage and mold. Its ceiling was slowly caving in from the pressure of an oak tree that had fallen lying on top of the house's roof.
She sucked in her breath in a hiss and checked left and right for her surroundings.
Nothing was there.
She crept along the walls of the barely standing house, keeping her wand aloft.
Someone let out a sigh towards the back of the wall she was leaning against.
"I've got you now." She whispered greedily.
The Auror leapt out from her hiding place and cornered him on the other side of the wall.
The wizard was pale and had an incredibly wrinkled forehead.
"Out late aren't we Carrow?"
Carrow let out a dry bark of laughter.
She threw his wand out of his hand and it landed across the room. Carrow didn't squirm, he didn't put up a fight. He just let his eyes follow to where is wand was thrown.
The woman lifted her wand to stun the wizard. Only that when she looked at her wand hand, the wand was gone.
She audibly swore and glanced around the room to see she was surrounded by three Dark wizards and a few Death Eaters. Each person had they wands drawn at her.
The Auror allowed her eyes to move tentatively to the ground where her wand lay, only a few feet away from her foot.
"Let him go, Santos." Called one of the Death Eaters with platinum blond hair and a haughty look to him. He was slowly moving towards her. She tightened her grip on Carrow.
"Come and get him." She spoke back.
"You're talking quite freely, especially to your superiors." Said the Death Eater with arrogance.
"I'll consider you my superior when hell freezes over, Malfoy." She released her grip from Carrow and bolted over to her wand, ducking jets of green light as she stumbled towards her wand. She grabbed it and liberally sent stunning spells to the wizards.
"Expelliarmus!" yelled Malfoy. The Auror's wand went flying out of her grip and across the room yet again.
She swore for a second time and fell to the ground. Malfoy let a sick and twisted smile play on his lips.
He raised his wand to her face and the Auror took him for surprise. She extended her legs out to Malfoy's and snaked one around his ankle and the other on his knee. She pulled back aggressively around the Death Eater's ankle and pushed on his knee and Malfoy fell with a large 'thump' on his back.
She jumped off the ground and picked up one of the Death Eater's fallen wands.
The wizards went around shooting spells at her and she blocked them all. She sent stunning spell after stunning spell until the only wizard left standing was Malfoy. She moved towards him with ease.
"Are you going to kill me, Lucius?" She asked breathlessly. "Even if I'm a blood traitor, I'm still you're cousin."
"I would rather call your beast of a husband my cousin than you." He said distastefully and sent a Killing curse at her. She blocked it and sent a flurry of spells after him.
