Barry and Mon-el stood in front of the mysterious mans cell.

"Ah just the two people I was hoping to see!" He said.

"Wake them up now." Said Barry in a forceful tone.

"Sorry can't do that." He replied.
"If you ever want to get out of that cell I suggest you help us." Said Mon-el.

"Sorry, but my powers just don't work that way." He said with a smile.
"What do you mean you powers don't work that way? Your the one that did this to them!" Said Mon-el.

"I know, I know, but good news! You guys are in control of what happens next!" He said pointing at them.

"What do you mean?" Asked Barry.

"How much do you love Iris?" He said looking over at Barry.
"How much do you love Kara?" He looked over at Mon-el.
"The question is will that be strong enough to wake them up? How badly do you want Kara and Iris back?"

A puzzled look appeared on both their faces. "Enough? What do you mean? How do we wake them up?" Asked Mon-el.

"Ohh sorry can't tell ya. Gotta figure it out yourself! No if you don't mind I'm gonna chill in this lovely decorated cell. Bye guys." He said.

As Barry and Mon-el walked away they heard him say: "Good luck! Love finds a way! Power of love and all that!"

Mon-el and Barry were standing on one of the catwalks outside the Med bay.

"What did he mean by 'we're in control of what happens next'?" Said Barry.
"This is like some big game to him." Replied Mon-el.

"I know, I really want her back. I know we broke up but I can't stand not being able to help her." Said Barry.
"I'd give anything to be able to hold Kara and just talk to her."

"What happened between you and Kara? If you don't mind me asking."

"No, it's fine." Mon-el sighed. "She lied to me about who she was for the past 2 months, you see her and my planets didn't get along, they were very very different. So when she told me the truth about her being a royal, I got mad at her, I mean how could she lie to me? Why couldn't she just be honest? I've had to many people lie to me and I just didn't what her to be another person on that list. I open myself up and what do I get in return? Being lied to and deceived."

"I think your being a bit harsh on her. Perhaps that's why she didn't tell you straight away."

"What?" Questioned Mon-el.

"Look at how you reacted, it obvious why she didn't tell you. Maybe try and see things from Kara's point of view, she had a fresh start on this planet and she probably didn't want to be scrutinised for her past. And maybe you might be able to understand why she has only just told you."

"Yeah..." there was a moment of silence between them. "So what happened between you and Iris?"

A sad look appeared on Barry's face. "I went to the future, by accident, and saw Iris being killed and I didn't want to lose her. I decided to propose, she said yes. But I did it for the wrong reasons. I mean I love her but I was trying to change the future. And I pushed her away, to try and focus on saving her." Barry sighed. "It's just this big mess now."

"Well, I've seen the way you look at her Barry, you really love her. For what I've seen Iris wants to be with you, no mater how dangerous it is, no matter how scared she is and when you find a love like that..." He glanced over at Kara in the med bay. "You need to hold onto it." Said Mon-el.

"Your right." Barry smiled.

Alex ran out of the med bay over to them. "You need to come see this."

A worried look appeared on both their faces as they followed Alex to the med bay.
