36 • Naive Girl

"Owh!" Said Felicity.
"Shhh!" Iris said. "You alright?" She said quietly. Her and Felicity had managed to stay out of sight from the SS guards that had swarmed into STAR Labs by climbing into the air vents.
"Yes, I'm fine. Just banged my head." Whisper Felicity.

"Which way?" Asked Iris. Felicity look down at the small tablet she had managed to grab.
"We need to keep going forwards, turn right and then we should find an exit."
"Ok let's keep going, then we can find the others and help them." Said Iris.

They continued onwards and escaped STAR Labs. They took one of the vans and headed out towards the warehouse then others had gone to earlier.

Iris drove up, a distance away from the warehouse, in an attempt to avoid detection.

"So what do we do now?" Asked Iris.
"I'm gonna see if there is CCTV or something I can hack into." Felicity typed away at her tablet. "Yes, come to mama!"
"What is it?" Asked Iris.
"They have CCTV in there, and...!" An image popped up on the screen. They could see everyone was chained up.

"Oh my god. I hope they're alright." Iris said. "What are those?" She asked pointing at the blue lit handcuffs everyone had on.
"I would say at a guess, they are power dampeners so they can't escape." Felicity explained. "That's means they're technology with means I might be able to hack into them!"
"It's worth a try." Iris said.

Felicity started to type away at the tablet again. "The encryption is good. But I'm better." The tablet started to beep. "Ha! Done it! Let's give them some help and shut down the power." Felicity pressed on the tablet and they both saw the lights in the warehouse black out.

Kara slowly started to wake up. She opened her eyes and was blinded by a red light above her. She tried to move but felt her hands strapped down. She looked down, Kara was strapped to the bed at her wrists and ankles with bigger straps going across her arms, legs and chest. "Where the hell am I?" She quietly questioned. She looked around and realised that she was in one of the surgical rooms at STAR Labs.

She heard a door open. Luckily, they hadn't strapped her head down. She looked to the side and saw all four of the doppelgängers walk in.

"She should be almost ready for the operation, the red sun light is working well, weakening her." Eobard said.
"You must be feeling more... human now? Could of fooled me with all your emotions and wanting to protect everyone." Teased Overgirl.

"Well, as everything is sorted here, I'm going to go sort out bring the rest of our army though to this earth. Let me know when the surgery is completed." The Mon-el doppelgänger instructed and promptly left.

"Let's get started then." Said Eobard. He picked up a needle from and nearby table and injected it in Kara's arm. "It shouldn't be long before that takes effect." He stated.

'He's actually wrong' thought Kara, she felt even weaker than before straight after he injected her. The red sun lights above her weren't helping the situation either.

Kara felt scared but it was a different sort is scared. She was scared because she knew she was going to die alone and her death would help the destruction of this earth. Kara was scared because she might never seen Mon-el again. She was felt helpless, trapped and was getting weaker by the minute.

"I can tell you're scared. Well, Don't worry, think of it this way; you're a hero, you're supposed to help people and now, you're helping one of you own kind. After all Kryptonion's were the good ones." Said Overgirl.
"I'm sorry, Kryptonion? What do you mean?" Asked Kara, confused.
"You're from Krypton? Are you not?" Said Dark Arrow.
Kara weakly laughed. "No, I'm from Daxam."
"You're a Daxamite?! Your worse than I thought!" Said Overgirl.
"Daxmite? That's a different species isn't it?" Asked Eobard.
"Yes." Said the Kara doppelgänger quietly.
"As she is a different species, we can't use her for the transplant then, we don't know if her heart would be compatible." Said Eobard Thorn.
"Dam it!" Said the Tommy lookalike, he punched a whole in the wall.

"You'll have wished you were kryptonion, that way you would have at least a quick death." Stated Earth X Tommy. He raised his hand and slapped her.

"What about the Führers doppelgänger? What if he's the one for Krypton and she's the one from Daxam? They are from another earth, so it could be different." Eobard questioned.
"This is the only time I'm going to say this but I think you're right for once. It's worth a try." Said the Tommy lookalike.
"We need to move quickly, I'm not sure how much longer the general has left." Eobard responded.

"Leaving Mon-el alone!" Said Kara.
"Shut up Daxamite! Or I'll hit you again and I was being gentle before!" Said Dark Arrow. He raised his hand, as if he was trying to intimidate her, however before he could do anything the lights and power suddenly shut down.

"What now?" Said Dark Arrow. The Mon-el doppelgänger walked in, followed by two guards.
"Those weaklings have managed to escaped the warehouse and want to save their precious little Kara." He stated coldly.

"You two stay here, no one gets near her." The Mon-el doppelgänger instructed the two guards. "The rest of you, let's go and deal with them once and for all. And then we can take over this earth."

They all left, leaving Kara alone with the two guards.
