"So Daisy can you tell us what happened?" Arya's soothing voice says from beside me.
"This man took me away from my Mama and Papa," She whimpers again. "Then he took me to a building in a forest. It hurts mister!" Tears continue to pour from her eyes as she closes them.
"Hey Daisy can you open your eyes for me?" I'm not letting her die. She's too young to die. I swear I'm going to fucking kill my father.
I let out a sigh of relief when her eyes flutter open.
"Tell me who's your favourite Disney princess." Arya says.
I give her a look and she just shrugs. "Ariel is my favourite." I struggle to hear what she said but I think she said Ariel.
"Ariel is my favourite too." Arya smiles at her. I look down at the patch of fur to see that's it's grown even more.
'We have to get her back to her parents and explain everything to them.' I mind link Arya and she nods.
"Hey Daisy do you know where you live?" I ask and I see her head move in a slight nod.
"I live by the ice cream shop." That's not that far away, a few blocks maybe.
She starts I cough and flinch at the sudden noise. I put the back of my hand on her forehead. It's boiling hot, a fever. Her eyes begin to fall and I lightly shake her tiny body. "Hey Daisy eyes open remember? If you close them you loose the game ok?"
"I never loose games." She mumbles which makes me smile.
The noise of leaves and branches breaking under my feet changes to gravel. I look up from Daisy to see that were now out of the forest and onto a gravel road that will lead to the main one.
