The End. Illumi x reader x Hisoka

Date.

I wake up, the morning of my date with illumi. I check my phone, noticing the message from him.

'where do you want me to pick you up later this evening?'

I sent him the hotel location and my room number. After I shower, I dress in baggy jeans and a white tank top with a green button up blouse over it. I curl my hair and pull it into a ponytail, (if too short to pull into single ponytail, then y/n puts it into 2 pigtails, and if too short for that, then she leaves it as is. )

I walk to the bakery and enter.

"Hey Akira- I'm going to be leaving around 3 this afternoon." I inform her, which she acknowledges with a nod.

"Okay. Before you leave I'll give you your money." 

"Coolio~"

The day went similar to the day before, except we had less customers. Around 2:50 I put my apron away and cleaned everything up. Akira gave me an envelope with the money I had earned yesterday and today. I got about 22,575 yen. (about 168 in U.S.D)(So, y/n earns about $10.00 U.S. Dollars an hour at the bakery)

I leave at exactly 3 with my stuff and money in hand. I walk to a nearby clothing store. I found a formal dress that was luckily in my price range, and would fit for the date.

The dress is a pretty shade of f/c costing about 8868.88 yen (66 US dollars) After buying the dress, I did some more shopping.

Around 4 I go back to the hotel. After returning to the hotel room and taking a long, relaxing shower, I dry off and put on some clean clothes. 

at 5, I start to get ready. by 5:50, I was completely ready. I had my f/h (favorite hairstyle), and some natural looking makeup on. The dress fit nicely. I put on some f/c heels matching the dress. With my spare time, I sit down on the couch, and relax. At exactly 6, I hear a knock on my door.

 In my small  white handbag, I had my phone, wallet, jacket, a pocket knife and a few other things. I slide my bag over my shoulder, and open the door to see illumi waiting for me. He is just so- ugh. He is absolutely gorgeous in his suit.

I sigh to myself. He looks me up and down, with a small smile. I smile at him, and walk out of the room; closing the door behind me. He slides his hand into mine, and leads me out of the hotel to a taxi parked in front. We sit together in the back.

 After a 5 minute drive in silence, we get to the restaurant. He steps out before me, holding the door. I get out after him, admiring the beautiful flowers in front of the restaurant. He wraps an arm around my waist and I blush at the close proximity. He has a light blush spread across his cheeks, but he seems mostly happy. Which, was very unusual for him.

He leads me into the restaurant and we are seated in the back of the restaurant immediately. We sit down across from each other. 

 after the waiter left, giving us time to decide on what to order, I notice illumi smiling at me softly from behind his menu. I replicate his sweet little smile, watching him as he looks at me.

"Thank you for bringing me here." I thank him.

"Thank you for coming." he thanks. I nod. 

The waiter came back, taking our orders. After they left, we sat in silence; not knowing what to say.

After a minute of awkward staring, I decide to start a conversation.

"How's your family doing?" I ask, resting my elbow on the table, and my chin on my hand.

"They're doing good. Mother was delighted at my going out with you." He told me, his small smile still plastered on his face.

"That's wonderful." I comment. He nods in agreement.

 After another moment of silence, the waiter brought us our food. Illumi and I eat quietly; halfway through the meal he spoke up.

"you look very lovely tonight." he told me, looking me up and down. it took me a minute to respond, with my mouth was full of food. After swallowing my mouthful, I reply.

"thank you. you look very handsome." I tell him in response, his face turning a light shade of pink. I smile. 

The rest of the dinner passed the same way. A little conversation here and there, but not much. After we finished eating he paid for the check and stood up. I follow him out of the restaurant. We got in the same taxi as before, and it brought us back to the hotel. He politely walked me back to my hotel room, with us stopping in front of the door.

"thank you for taking me on that date. it was very lovely." I thank him. 

"thank you for coming with me." he thanks me, with blush and a smile. I smile back, before I turn and start opening the door.

"hey- y/n-" I turn, to be greeted by illumi's face- only a few inches from mine. His hands gently grab the sides of my face. He presses his forehead to mine. 

"Can I kiss you?" he asks, in a oddly soft and sweet voice. 

"Yes" 

He pulls my face to his, pressing his lips against mine in a soft and caring way, lasting for a moment; Before he leans away and is turning around.

"good night y/n." he bid me as he disappeared down the hall. I stand in the hall for a moment dumbfounded. I raise a hand to my face, resting 2 fingers against my lips. That was the most emotion I'd seen In his face, or heard in his voice since I met him. I turn, walking through my hotel room door. I start to close the door but a foot was holding it open. I pull the door open, to see my unexpected guest.
