Langa takes Reki to a ski resort to teach him how to snowboard! It's short so enjoy😄

Winter, a beautiful season with a frosty white color. It brings families together for the holidays and creates beautiful sites in cities and outside of cities. It can be an individual's favourite time of year or their least, it can be cold, lots of traffic, and the holiday crowds.

Reki isn't a big fan of the season, there isn't a big reason behind it but there is one... he can't skate. On the other hand, Langa loves the season! With being born in Canada and experiencing the winters there, it's become his favourite time of year. He also gets to snowboard in the winter, his favourite sport.

The two of them are relaxing at Reki's house under his kotatsu, "I want spring..." Reki randomly says while he's laying down.

"Why? Winter's great," Langa responds while peeling a tangerine.

"I can't skate though, you try skating in the snow... it's not fun," Reki says and Langa laughs a bit.

"I take it your speaking from experience?" Langa asks as Reki looks away.

"It was funny, Reki face planted into a pile of snow," Reki's sister says as she peeks around a corner.

"Shut up!" Reki says and Langa and Reki's sister laugh.

"Why don't you try snowboarding?" Langa asks, Reki sits up and looks at the bluenette.

"Snowboarding? It's like skating without the wheels, right?" Reki asks and Langa nods.

"Pretty much but there's a bit more to it," Langa responds and he watches the redhead think.

"Sounds fun, let's do it!" Reki says and Langa smiles.

"Great, my mom misses snowboarding so she'll probably be willing to drive us out to a ski hill," Langa tells Reki.

"Sweet! But where can I get a snowboard?" Reki asks.

"They should have rentals," Langa says and Reki nods.

"It's a plan!" Reki says as they do their handshake while laughing a bit.

Langa laughs as Reki's face is stuck to the car's window, he's never been to the mountains so It's a new sight for him. Both Langa and Langa's mom, Nanako, find Reki's reactions amusing, Reki ignores them as he stares at the snowy mountains. "They look so pretty!" Reki exclaims.

"They are," Nanako replies.

Once they got to the ski resort they go to their rooms first, they decided to stay the whole weekend. Reki and Langa are sharing a room while Nanako is in the opposite room, Reki and Langa do a quick rock, paper, scissors for the window bed. Reki lost, Langa happily unpacks his things while Reki sulks on his bed.

They finished unpacking and got dressed up in their winter gear, Langa grabbed his snowboard that he brought with him. They left the room and met Nanako in the lobby, they quickly went and got Reki his rentals. After getting the rentals they went to the ski resort's map, they look at all the hills to go on.

"I think I'm going to go on that one, this one looks like the smallest one. Teaching Reki will be best on this one," Nanako says while pointing to the map.

"I agree, we'll meet here for lunch," Langa says and Nanako nods.

"Have fun you two!" she says before she heads off to a ski lift.

"We're going to this side," Langa says while pointing to a smaller ski lift than the one Nanako just got on. Once at the top of the hill Langa finds a spot where not a lot of skiers and snowboarders are, he drops his snowboard and buckles one foot in. "Okay, we're going to start with securing your feet."

Langa and Reki spent over an hour at the top of the hill, Langa went over many things. He then helped Reki balance, then came movement. Langa started Reki out with small movements and getting used to falling since it's common to fall.

It wasn't long before Reki was going down the hill with Langa, Langa had his arms out though so he could help Reki when needed. Reki got the hang of it soon because of Langa's teaching and being a skateboarder, they were soon going on other hills. They even got to the hill Nanako was on and went down with her, they were tired by the end of the day.

Reki collapses on his bed as Langa laughs but does the same on his bed, "That was really fun but exhausting," Reki says as he turns his head to face Langa.

"Yep, that's snowboarding," Langa says as he faces Reki.

Reki yawns as he gets up and looks for his pyjamas, Langa then does the same. They quickly change, Reki then goes to get into his bed but gets pulled away. He looks at the bluenette who pulled him from his bed, "Uh, Langa my bed's over there," Reki says as he points to his bed.

Instead of letting Reki go Langa pulls him into his bed, he pulls the covers over the both of them. Reki stays frozen while Langa comfortably hugs Reki while resting his forehead on the redhead's nape. "You wanted this bed, right? Now you have it," Langa says as Reki turns a bit to look at Langa.

"I didn't mean to share it... but I guess this is fine," Reki says as Langa smiles and hugs him tighter.

The two soon fell asleep and in the morning Nanako found them cuddling, Reki's face was in Langa's chest as Langa held tightly onto the redhead. Nanako finds the sight adorable and takes a picture, she then remembers Langa talking about liking someone. "Oh... Langa likes Reki, aw Oliver our son is gay," she says as she leaves the room and goes back to her's. She left the two quietly sleeping while cuddling closely.

Short, I know... sorry about that. I really wanted to write a Renga oneshot though, also fun fact about me: I'm actually from Canada! It's really cool since Sk8 is the second anime I've watched where they had someone from Canada in it. The other one is Super Lovers, in that anime they use the province Alberta which is the province I live in! Sorry, I just thought that was cool, Virgo 100% out✌🏻
