When a girl tells you that they like you, how do you expect it to go? Normally with the girl flustered and nervous, telling you everything they like about you. Then giving you hopeful eyes as you try to make a decision, those are the norm.

Well, when Aoi told me she liked me... it did not go like that. When I got to school, just like everyday Aoi meets me at the gate. She gave a me a hug while saying hello, I say hello back of course. She smiles big as we walked into school, when we got to class everything was normal.

But lunch came, I did my usual. Take out my lunch, wait for my friends to pull their chairs around my desk. That was what happened, but half-way through lunch I get called by Aoi. I looked over at her in the doorway of my classroom, she waved me over to her. I looked at her confused and she rolled her eyes, she then waved more aggressively.

"I guess I gotta go," I said as I stood up from my desk.

"Good luck," Yuu said as he smirked at me. I glared at him but then Mika glared at me, so I just sighed and walked over to Aoi.

"What is it Aoi?" I asked but she didn't answer. She just grabbed my hand and dragged me out of my classroom, I heard my friends laughing as I was dragged down the hallway. She took me outside and I kind of got an idea what this was about, I've gotten the hint that she liked me for quite some time.

"Y/N you probably can guess what this is, so what do you say?" she asked as she stepped really close to me. I looked down at her and she wasn't really looking at me with hope in her eyes, she was giving me a threatening look. I had a feeling that I couldn't say no and expect something bad not to happen.

She is cute and really nice... I decided to give it a shot. "Sure, what about this weekend we go out and I can truly determine if-" I started to say but she quickly hugged me.

"I'm just happy that you are at least considering being with me! I'll see you this weekend, give me a text with the details," Aoi said as she ran away when the bell rang. I sighed and made my way back to class, I was actually still a bit flustered from Aoi's sudden action.

Ferid seemed to of noticed my flustered state, as class started Ferid leaned over to me. "Something happened with Aoi, care to share?" he whispered to me and I glared at him which almost made him laugh.

"And what about it?" I asked and he smirked.

"Ooh, something did happen. Can't wait, you two are going to make a perfect couple," he said before he started paying attention to class. I didn't really pay attention to class, I was thinking of where to take Aoi this weekend.

Luckily before the weekend I came up with an idea, I texted Aoi to meet me at the mall and she happily agreed. When I got there I waited in the spot that we agreed upon, when she got there she was wear a pretty cute dress. "Hi, Y/N! I'm really excited to see what you have planned today," Aoi said with a big smile as she put her arm through mine.

My first stop was a movie theater, I decided to let Aoi pick the movie. She picked and action movie, I got us popcorn and drinks. As we watched the movie it was a bit awkward at first but soon I decided to grab Aoi's hand, I felt her jump a bit but then she happily held my hand as the movie went on.

After the movie we chatted for a while about it and then since we were at the mall we went and shopped, Aoi kept giving me clothing suggestions which I did decide to get. She then wanted my opinion on clothes for her, at first she was hesitant but when she tried them on and actually liked them.

After shopping we went to the food court and looked around for something to eat, we both agreed on some burger and fries. We found a table and sat down to eat, I then realized that we didn't get any drinks. So I went back to get something for the both of us, but when I came back another girl was at the table.

At first I thought it was a friend of hers but when I got closer I heard their conversation and froze, "Come on, you can't honestly think that a hottie like him has any interest in... you?" the girl said and I got angry. I was about to approach them but Aoi spoke, so I stopped.

"Why not me?" Aoi responded and my eyes widened a bit.

"Just look at you, no guy would want that. He's so better off with me, so just leave," the girl said in a snarky tone.

"You have no right to say that to me, you're as fake as fake can be! Y/N would chose me in a heartbeat, he's mine so back off," Aoi said in a snarky tone which made the girl upset.

As the girl was about to respond I decided to interfere, I walked over behind Aoi. I leaned down and kissed Aoi on the cheek as I gave her a drink, "Is there a problem? You seem to be bothering my girlfriend," I said as I looked at the girl.

"You de-" the girl started to say and I instantly knew what she was going to say.

"And you think you're better?" I asked as I looked her up and down then gave a bit of a disgusted looked. She scoffed and stomped away, Aoi then looked at me she then held up a hand. I gave her a high-five and sat down, it took a while before she realized.

"WAIT! Girlfriend?!" Aoi said in shock and I laughed. I nodded and she blushed, "So you decided?" I nodded again and she smiled as she took a sip of her drink. We then continued to talk as we finished the drinks, then we decided to leave the mall.

I walked Aoi home, when we got to her house she was a bit awkward. I could tell she was waiting, so I decided just to do what she was waiting for. I bent down and kissed her, it was a short and sweet kiss. Then when I pulled away she looked surprised but happy while also being very flustered, she then said a quick goodbye before rushing inside.
