Chapter 15: Back To Normal.

10th August 2015, Monday.

(It's your first day of Senior year.. After what happened with Niall you two haven't met yet, you have kept everything to yourself..

Told Sara that the trip was pretty mundane..

Nor have you told your parents about what you realized on the last day of the summer camp. You solemnly pack your bag as your mom knocks on your door.)

Mom: Good morning.

Jay: Good morning..

Mom: Breakfast is ready so you can come whenever you want, but I wanted to ask.. is everything alright?

Jay: Yeah.. Why are you asking?

Mom: It's just.. you have been so lost lately.. you don't talk much..

Jay: I have just been tired. Everything is alright, I promise.

Mom: Just so you know, if you want to talk I'm here okay? (She pats your cheek)

Now come quick.

(She heads down.. and soon you do too..

After the breakfast you wait outside for Sara, After a while her car stops in front you)

Sara: I'm so sorry for being late!

Jay: It's fine. (You hop in the car)

Sara: I overslept, I was practicing for the cheer squad till late night.

Jay: Alone? Sometimes I get very concerned for you..

Sara: Same thing can be said about you. When will you learn to drive?

Jay: Who will teach me? Morning to evening school, Dad isn't at home at night, Saturday morning? Art Club. Sunday morning? Schoolwork! Rest of the weekend you help your grandma. Mom can't drive. And I'm not going to start driving alone.

Sara: Yeah.. sorry I didn't mean it like that.

Jay: It's fine.. How's your grandma doing nowadays?

Sara: Better than before.

Jay: Good, haven't visited in a while.

Sara: We totally should on Christmas.

(She parks the car and you two hop out..)

Aaah.. smells like the senior year!

Jay: I only smell Petrol and Diesel.

(Your eyes dart towards Niall's parked bike.. and see Felix and his friends)

Umm Sara you go in I'll be there.

Sara: Sure..

(She heads in as you go towards Felix and the rest)

Jay: Have any of you seen Niall?

Felix: I saw him go towards the school field.

Jay: School field? Okay, thank you.

(You head there..

As you enter you see Niall running laps..

He stops as he notices you..)

Niall: Hi..

Jay: Hey.. (He gives you a quick hug which was too quick and flashes a grin)

Niall: Good to see you again.

Jay: You too.. What are you doing here?

Niall: Oh yeah.. Guess what? Don't. I got in on the football team.
