"Rise and shine, lovebirds!"
I groaned at the noise, slowly blinking awake and turned to the side to see Charlie waking up too. He looked down at me, still half asleep. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, but furrowed my brow when I realized that the car wasn't moving. Wait, why isn't the car moving? We were parked but I couldn't see where. Suddenly the side door slid open and Dylan stood in front of me, smirking as usual.
"Where are we?" I asked, groggily. I ran a hand through my hair, trying to tame my case of bed head. Charlie got up beside me and slowly made his way to the door to climb out of the van.
"Gas station, princess. You two slept for a couple of hours," Dylan said, stepping aside so that Charlie could get out. As he hopped out, Charlie bumped into Dylan's shoulder causing Dylan's playful smirk to turn into an angry glare.
"Sorry," Charlie muttered, a fake smile plastered across his face. I snickered which made Dylan glare back at me and Charlie grin proudly.
I stood at the edge of the van but swayed a little, clearly still woozy from sleeping. Woah. I looked up and both boys held out their hands for me. Really? I looked between them and rolled my eyes before hopping down off the van by myself and walking past them. I stopped by Raine's van and waited for her to come barreling out. I noticed Charlie standing next to me when the door of the van slid wide open and Sam jumped out.
"Hey, are you guys okay?" he asked.
"Yeah we're good," I said, "what about you guys?"
"We're good. You'll be happy to know Fed let us listen to music because we couldn't sleep," Sam grinned proudly. Charlie and I laughed.
"Oh really. How late did you guys stay up?" Charlie asked.
"Not that late really," Raine spoke up. I saw her and Jack walking over to us. "Did you really expect us to not listen to One Direction?" she smirked, while Jack and Sam started laughing beside her.
"And we danced all night to the best song ever, we knew every line, now I can't remember how it goes, but I know that I won't forget her, 'cause we danced all night to the best song ever!"
Raine, Sam, and Jack all started singing loudly and prancing around, dancing with each other. I laughed and shook my head.
"Well just because it's One Direction doesn't mean you should stay up all night, pun intended," I smirked which caused the three to burst out laughing again.
"C'mon, save the dance parties and concerts for later, let's go get supplies from the gas station," Fed said. "Just food and other necessities, nothing else. I'm talking to you, Sam."
I nudged Sam with my arm and snickered. "I'll make sure he doesn't, Fed," I grinned at Sam, "you're with me, buddy."
Sam smiled widely and pulled me towards the gas station door.
"Nora, Nora look!" Sam exclaimed, practically dragging me over to the slushie machine, "slushies!" He looked at me with a hopeful grin.
"Necessities?" I questioned, raising my eyebrows.
"Oh, definitely!"
"Okay hurry, just don't tell Fed, okay?"
I grinned while Sam eagerly pulled out a giant cup and started filling it with cherry flavor. I grabbed a bag that was hanging in an aisle closeby to carry supplies before turning back to Sam.
"Okay, okay, I think that's enough. We gotta keep moving," I laughed, waving my hand to get Sam to hurry up. Once he had sealed his drink and took a long sip, we walked towards the drink section.
