"Hi Love, how was school?" Jinsoul asked, taking Jiwoo's right hand and connecting it with hers. The younger girl shook her head and rested it on Jinsoul's shoulder, she sighed.

"School is..very stressful at the moment Jindori," The older softened at the sight. Jiwoo often didn't say her sacred couple nickname they created early in their relationship. She understood how tired the younger must've been lately. It wasn't everyday that the girl called her anything other than "baby" or "babe".

"You're so lucky you're a college freshman Soul." Jiwoo pouted once again and the older chuckled.

"It's actually not that great being in college y'know." She reasoned, clearing her throat a couple of times.

"Oh? How come?" Jiwoo eyed her with those beautiful doe eyes. Jinsoul couldn't help but find herself drowning in her orbs. They were simply the prettiest eyes she's every seen.

After falling out of the trance, Jinsoul continued, "Well, there's a lot of work and don't let me forget to mention the grumpy, old professors," she laughed at her remark but earned a light slap from the brunette.

Jinsoul continued to tell Jiwoo about college life while the younger quietly listened, only asking a few questions every once in a while.

Later that evening, Jinsoul offered to walk Jiwoo home after a long mini argument about cats.

"Oh yeah I technically forgot to ask, how was your day love?" Jinsoul quietly spoke up as the girls were walking side my side, again holding hands like usual.

"It was okay, besides the tiring amount of work, I think it was overall a good day."

Jinsoul nodded.

The younger girl turned to her, "How about you Jinnie?" She giggled. That was a new nickname. it wasn't bad either, she liked it.

"Hm, let's see. It was good. Nothing new, nothing interesting.m but seeing you, definitely made it better." Jiwoo's cheeks flushed furiously. Jinsoul's cheesy side could always get her and she loved it.

They soon arrived at Jiwoo's familiar home. "Are you sure you can't stay over tonight?" Jiwoo pouted, still clinging onto the taller's hand.

The older gave her hand a little squeeze and rubbed her thumb against the back of Jiwoo's hand. She chuckled, "You're being cuter than usual, I think I can squeeze in an extra hour."

The younger girl's frown, lifted and she quickly dragged Jinsoul inside her home and into her room. Jinsoul didn't forget to quickly greet jiwoo's parents.

As soon as they made it to her room, Jiwoo attacked the older with a hug. The lights were dim and the moon shined brightly through the window.

Jinsoul settled her down on the bed and pulled Jiwoo closer to her, pulling the covers over them. The shorter girl sighed in comfort, feeling her girlfriend's warm body against hers.

She was intoxicated with Jinsoul's cologne she's always wore. Itwas her favourite.

"I think i'll skip my classes tomorrow if it means I can cuddle you all night," Jinsoul whispered, trying not to break the moment.

Jiwoo smiled softly, "Baby..I think you forgot to give me a kiss all day." She pouted though the older couldn't see it. Jinsoul couldn't help but laugh. She leaned over, placing a peck on Jiwoo's forehead, moving down to her temple, cheek, nose.

And finally on her lips. It was quick but made Jiwoo feel instantly better. It was almost as if she had forgotten about all of her other problems and all she had was Jinsoul.

The younger finally smiled and sighed out, "Thank you Jinsoul, I love you and goodnight sleepy head."

Jinsoul also smiled, she gave her one more peck on her forehead before closing her eyes. Quietly whispering, "I love you more, to the moon and back, twice. Forever and ever, in this life and the next. You'll always be my favourite person. Goodnight Jiwoo, dream of me." She giggled to herself after saying the last line. The older had always been a big softie.

Life was hard sometimes, but that's just nature. Even if life was hard on the both of them, as long as they had each other, both knew they would okay. Because if they have each other, they can get through everything together.

No matter how hard life gets.

Just us two.
