Chapter 15 - Girls Night.

It's been 5 days. They are still not back. I mean Peter came back yesterday. Bruce didn't stay though. He dropped me off at the tower and went back.

It's been pretty lonely. But when Peter came back it wasn't so bad. We just watched Netflix. Trained a bit. Went out for dinner. Came back and slept. Then repeat.

We haven't heard anything from anyone back in Vienna. Peter says that while he was there they couldn't catch Dad.

He has killed 4 government officials. It's all over the news. And I mean all over. I miss him. I want him back. He is good to be. And I'm nothing without him.

2 hours have passed. A aircraft circled the landing bay. Our aircraft. Peter and I raced to the landing bay to find everyone standing at the ended ready to get off.

Everyone got off the aircraft one by one. Leaving Bucky on the aircraft.

"Dad!"

I ran faster than ever to him before attempting to hug him before I was stopped.

"Don't touch me Doll. I missed you too. I hurt you and I can't hurt you again."

"No. I don't care, it wasn't you. It was the Winter Soldier. And I'm alive aren't I. So it's a happy ending."

I attempted to hug him again. He let me this time. It took him a few seconds for his arms to wrap around my back.

"I'm so sorry Kayden."

Bucky softly whispered in my ear before grabbing my hand and walking with to towards the tower.

Most of them went straight to shower. Peter went off to the airport for his school field trip or whatever it was. And I just sat on the couch watching Netflix.

After a while Clint came into the living room and sat on the couch next to me.

"Hey kid. How are you?"

"Hey, I'm good. Are you ok?"

He has multiple cuts and bruises on his face accompanied by a black eye.

"Nothing I haven't had before."

Wanda and Nat walked in, so Clint stood up and walked to Tony's lab.

"Hey kiddo."

They both sat down on the couch either side of me.

"How was the mission." I asked looking at the TV.

"It was tough. But we are glad we have your dad back safe."

Wanda put her arm around me as she turned off the TV.

"Wanda and I were thinking of taking you out to dinner tonight. What do you think?"

"Oh, it would be cool I guess"

They both grabbed my hands and walked me to Nat's bedroom.

"Steve, out now. We are having a girls night. No boys allowed."

Steve got off the bed and headed to find Bucky to make sure his best friend was ok.

"We thought you would like this."

Nat pulled out an amazing red jumpsuit with long sleeves to cover my metal arm from the wardrobe while Wanda grabbed the hair straightener and makeup.

We spent the next hour and a half doing each others hair and makeup.

I didn't know what it was like to have a home and a real family. But now I do. And it's right here. In the Stark tower. With my family. The Avengers.
