Elisabeth (Sun, Aug 31)

Since we all agreed to go to the hill for a picnic - even though we kind of argued with Katherine about it without Patrick taking part in the argument since he's pretty easy going - I rushed up to the bathroom to get ready.

'First, shower. Then, makeup. In the end, clothes. No, no, I also need to do my skincare routine - oh my lord!' I couldn't even concentrate. We had a fucking dude in the house, and I had never had a shower when there was a man - other than my dad - in the house. Even though my dad died when I was pretty young, so I couldn't have exactly known...

"Could you please do me a favor and not come close to the bathroom? I don't know where the key to lock the door is, and I need some privacy!" I said loudly so that he would hear it from downstairs. I received no answer from him, but I assumed he'd gotten my message. I took my clothes off, put a towel on the floor - for my feet, clearly - and jumped into the bathtub. Everything was going nice and smoothly - I was halfway done - when I heard a knock on the door. I froze. I was sure it couldn't be Steph or any of the girls since they usually wake up after 12.00 pm. So it could only be one person... Elijah.

"Can I come in? I need to use the toilet... it's just kind of urgent," I. was. shocked. Embarrassed as well, but mostly shocked. I told him not to come close to the bathroom, yet he didn't listen to me... ugh

"Can't you just keep it in until I finish?" I asked, a bit annoyed, due to the fact he came when I told him not to.

"It's urgent... please..." I sighed, telling him that he can come in. I decided to sit down, on the corner of the bathtub, with my hands hugging my legs while waiting for him to leave. It was the most awkward moment of my life. I just wanted to disappear at that moment. I couldn't wait for it to end.

"Uh... you're done, aren't you?" I asked, my mouth trembling while saying these words. Honestly, my whole body was shaking. I was so scared he'd open the curtain widely and just stare at me. But for some reason, he didn't. He just thanked me for letting him come in and left. I didn't expect such behavior from him. Maybe it was a sign that he truly wasn't a bad person, neither him nor Patrick. After finishing my shower, I put on my favorite face mask - with peaches scent - and I got myself dressed up. I wore a short, pink dress with small diamonds sewed on the bottom. My makeup was pretty plain - a pinkish eyeshadow together with brown mascara, and a lipstick that matched my lip color. I rushed to the ground floor to see that Elijah was already dressed up, and so we called Katherine and Patrick to let them know we were ready.

The weather was pretty hot. It was sunny, and there were no clouds in the sky. Katherine was wearing a light blue pair of shorts combined with a thin, pink blouse, the same color as my dress. I honestly feel like she and I are reading each other's minds. Elijah was wearing a black pair of pants, his favorite, apparently, since he wears them almost all the time - don't worry, he does wash them! - and a light blue buttoned shirt. While Patrick, on the other hand, was wearing a pair of gray shorts together with a white t-shirt.

There seemed to be no one on the hill, so we had all the place to ourselves. We placed a tablecloth on the grass, and put our bags and food caskets on it. Kate immediately left to the other side with Patrick to take some pictures for her Instagram, while Elijah and I sat on the grass, listening to music. At some point, I noticed Elijah kind of staring at me. He's done that again, but this time it seemed like he was being more focused on me. I didn't want to make him feel awkward though, so I didn't ask anything about it. I tried to ignore it - although it was hard to - and focused on the music.

"You got something on your cheek - let me help you remove it", he said and came closer to remove it from me. His touch was kind of...ticklish. And warm.
