Elisabeth (Tue, Dec 23)
We all followed the boys to a room with a huge hot tub...wait, a hot tub? There was no one there, except for us inside that room. It was weird since I'm almost certain this is a place for anyone who is staying at the hotel to come.
"Welcome to the business suite's hot tub! And if you're wondering, yes, that means only we are allowed to come here," Patrick said, pointing at Kate. Her cheeks immediately turned red, making us all laugh. I, on the other hand, was wandering around the room. On each side of the hot tub, there were sunbeds with small tables next to them. On the back were 3 vending machines; one that was selling water, one that was selling drinks, and one that was selling food. On the ceiling was a beautiful chandelier, full of diamonds. I felt like I was in a dream; I truly needed someone to pinch me at that moment. I didn't even know how to react. I was mesmerized by the room and the gesture that came from these boys.
"Are you not going to join us, miss Elisabeth?" Elijah said, breaking my thoughts. He was in the water already, with his hands resting on the side of the pool, waiting for me to give him an answer.
"Hell, yeah!" I replied, instantly taking my clothes off and jumping in the hot tub, the entire place being splashed with water. It was warm, as expected, perfect for that time of year. Elijah slowly approached me, smiling all the way through.
"That bikini looks too good on you," he whispered, causing me to blush like crazy. Nobody had really ever told me such a thing before. I mean, how could someone compliment me like that? It's not like I had been in a relationship before, was it? He put his arm around my waist, bringing me even closer to him, and started swimming in slow motion.
"What are you two doing?" Kate asked, with Patrick by her side. Her hair was already wet and her makeup was a complete mess.
"I should be asking you that thing, miss," I said, letting her know that her so-called 'waterproof' makeup wasn't that waterproof. She quickly left the hot tub and went back into her suite to remove the makeup from her face. Sometimes it's just best to remain natural...if only she understood that. Patrick stood there in silence until he suddenly got splashed all over his face.
"What the fu-", he paused, seeing who it was. "Oh, hi there Lucy!" He greeted his younger sister with a warm smile plastered on his face. Lucy immediately hugged him tightly, proving to be more innocent than she looked. We all have figured by now that Patrick's favorite sibling was indeed Lucy. Not only because they had grown closer over the years, but also because they share the fact they're both parts of the LGBTQ+ community. Not only that, though, but they also share the same sexuality. Bisexuality. As of what I've heard, there were times he just wouldn't let her from his sight. Definitely get how Kate is still alive.
Talking about Kate, she returned back to the room literally stumbling on every item found in her way. We all laughed at this 'show', to be honest. She'd keep on complaining and complaining, but it only made the incident funnier.
"How about y'all cut the crap and come help me?" she said, laughing rather than crying out in pain. Patrick rushed to help her, while the rest of us remained in the water.
"Has she always been like this?" I heard Emily ask Lucy, but before she could answer, I swam towards them.
"She's been like this since forever! If she doesn't stumble across something or someone, then there is definitely something going on with her," I replied, making Lucy roll her eyes in annoyance. Kate ended up being brought back into her room with Patrick, so Elijah, Emily, Lucy, and I were the only ones who remained in the hot tub for the rest of the evening.
Nighttime. It was finally nighttime. Spending the entire evening in the hot tub was much more exhausting than I thought. But I just couldn't get myself to sleep. I was lying on my bed with my eyes closed, waiting to see when I'd get to rest when I heard the door open. Kate was sleeping on the bed next to me, so it was definitely not her. A figure suddenly appeared in front of me, reaching its hand out. At first, I hesitated but decided to see what this person wanted from me. I was instantly removed from the bed and in the hallway. And then I finally saw who it was. Elijah was standing in front of me, his index finger stuck on my lips, keeping me from talking.
"Please, be quiet...There's somewhere I'd like to take you," he said, and without thinking twice, I started running down the stairs to see where he'd take me. "You do realize it's freezing outside, right? You will freeze to death if you go outside like that..." He chuckled and handed me one of his jackets. We walked out of the hotel and rushed to the car. He turned on the engine and the heat and we drove off. I'd no idea where we were going, really, but didn't feel like asking him about it either.
