~*Suga*~
I wake up at 6:30am. My body is so tired, but still I force myself up. I had set an alarm last night with a goal in mind.
It takes me a couple minutes to get ready before I'm standing outside Namjoon's bedroom door. I knock on it lightly before letting myself in. He's asleep, his leg draped lazily across a body pillow. His headphones are on his bed beside his laptop, his notebook on top of that. He must have been up writing lyrics last night.
I sit on the edge of his bed and shake his shoulder gently. "Namjoon," I whisper. When he doesn't respond, I shake him again. "Namjoon."
He groans but turns over to squint at me through half-opened eyes. "What. What time is it?"
"6:30."
"Suga, why are you awake so early?" He shuts his eyes again.
"I'm going to Hana's work to talk to her friend Jae. I called the store last night and he's got an early shift. She goes in later so I just want to make sure everything's set up for her while we're gone," I tell him.
Namjoon scoffs at this, opening his eyes again to glare at me. "You don't need to make excuses. You can tell me you're going to try to convince him to convince Hana to go with us."
I roll my eyes. "I'm just in here to tell you I'm going over there now. I'll be back soon but in case you guys need to head out early, my bags are already packed in my room. Just remember to grab my laptop too, it's currently charging."
"I didn't hear a denial," Namjoon says. He waves me away, turning back into his pillow. "Go do what you need to do. I'll text you if we need to leave. You sure you don't want to bring one of us with you?"
"Are you offering?"
He laughs. "Hell no. I'm tired. I was gonna volunteer Jimin. Or Jungkook. Both of us know he'd probably want to visit a convenience store anyways for snacks on the plane."
"It's okay. I'll let them sleep. Besides they're probably not packed so they'll need time to finish doing that." I stand now, stretching my arms above my head. "See you later."
He rolls over so he's facing me now, still holding the pillow between his legs. "See ya."
I walk across the room to the door, but before I leave, Namjoon says quietly. "Hey, Yoongi."
"Yeah?" I turn, one hand on the doorknob, the other hand on the frame. Namjoon's hug tightens around the body pillow, but he lifts his head just slightly to look at me.
"For what it's worth, I hope she does come with us. I know things will be easier with her there for you."
I run a hand through my hair, awkwardly. "I hope so too," I say back.
And then his breathing deepens and I know he's fallen back to sleep.

Fifteen minutes later I'm parking in the empty lot of the store Hana works at. I had called last night to ask for the schedule of her friend Jae. Throughout the years of texting Hana, she was always very open about her friend and coworker Jae. He was that guy that helped her through things when I couldn't. The one person she said knew everything about her. And probably, the one person on this planet she would actually listen to.
I would be lying if I said it didn't make me slightly jealous.
I flip the car visor down and peer in the mirror at myself. My dark roots are coming out again and I just know they'll be rebleaching my hair in the next couple days. My pale skin is lighter than my hair, making me appear almost ghost-like. The dark circles under my eyes don't help my complexion at all.
