Three Years Later

Within three years they, meaning Kiana and August had another child. Their new child is a buoy and his name is Kyden Kobe Alvaraz. He is only just a year younger than Junie, but that didn' matter. Kiana did get her next baby and they were still excited to expand their family.

Kyden came out looking almost like August when she was a child. August had to teach June how to used to bathroom since she is also intersex just like her. They don't know if June would be able to give children when she gets older, but that is something they will learn later on in life. She is just three years old, and whether she does or doesn't wouldn't change how they feel about her. Throughout that time, August still worked on her communication skills with Kiana. She still tries to not shut her out whenever she is thinking badly about herself.

The Interlude gained a lot of popularity among the richest people and made her name in the food industry. Kiana with her real estate business turned into a company. She went onto buying hotels and apartments across the United States and made them more affordable for people. Even though they both ended up extremely busy, they always made time for family because that came first then their relationship.

August Alvarez POV

My mom picked up our kids, well our kids ran out to her. Those little fuckers didn't even want to hug me. They gave Kiana a kiss while my son grabbed his dinosaur, and his sippy cup.

He shook his cup up and down before tapping me pretty hard."Daddie mm juice, pwease."

"Come on papa." he ran to the kitchen trying to open the fridge. I opened it pouring him some juice and he closed the fridge pretty hard.

"Tank chu." he said.

"You welcome papa." I went over to my mom while June stood by her. "Please don't buy them anymore blankets or toys."

"I do what I want. These my grandbabies." All I could do is shake my head. One Kiana and I heard her pull off, we flopped down on the couch.

"Finally a moment of silence." I sighed as we melted into the couch. "What are we going to do today?"

"I don't know, I would want to stay in bed but I don't at the same time." Kiana replied.

"Wanna go to a shoot range?" I suggested.

"You don't even own a gun baby."

"I know that. I never needed to get one. Now you know my dad has at least five or more so I could get him to bring his. I've been to a gun range since I was eighteen, and I should still know how to use one. Now with everything in the past, I probably wouldn't be able to legally buy one. With all my mental issues and the fact I tried to ya know off myself they really are not going to let me have one. " I told her. I like guns, but I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to buy one.

"Let's go a little later though." Kiana siad.

I kissed her forehead as we laid there. Over the years I've grown more into the 'white dad' look. Jevon and Jada both said that I have though. I don't know how to dress 'black' I guess, but I'm comfortable with how I look. Kiana says the same thing but she likes how I look though. I wasn't a deal breaker when we officially started dating and even us getting to know each other. Junie wanted to dress like me, and sometimes like Kiana too. Kiana picked up on some of my style, and she also says it's very comfortable too. She throws her own twist onto it, and she looks beautiful.

I rolled a sativa strain of weed as we enjoyed our time alone. Our babies are going to be over my mom's house for a couple of days, and knowing Kiana, she is going to be calling them in a couple of hours or before it's their bed time.

Marriage is still on my mind with her, and I actually have some custom rings made for Kiana. Right now, I have her engagement ring sitting in our room hidden for when I do eventually ask her. These three years have been amazing, and I wouldn't want anyone different to marry. We are both twenty-seven, and I'm mentally ready for marriage again. This time with someone that understands me, and is willing to work everything out when we are butting heads.

"Want to shoot the AR?" My dad asked her as he pulled it out. Kiana held it and I must say she looked dangerously sexy with it in her hand.

"Actually baby you go first."she handed it over to me.

Kiana St.Clair POV

August gained more muscle, and I've been enjoying it ever since. No matter how she looks, she is perfect to me. I would never diminish her accomplishments, even if it's about her health. But just how her shirt tightens up around her biceps, and the veins popping out of her arms are definitely a new turn on for me. It's the strength mentally and physically for me. August shot a couple of rounds as I truthfully wasn't paying attention to it.

"You still got it." her actual dad said.

"It's been some years." she replied to him.

"Try this one, it's Sienna's." He handed me a gun that's smaller than the AR.

"What is it?" I asked August.

"It's a 1911, same style as a Colt 45, but there are some differences between them." August came up behind me showing me how to hold it and everything. "Baby you need to focus though." she whispered into my ear.

I could care less about all of this right now. This is stuff I see on Pinterest honestly.

"Freaky asses." her dad laughed.

I fired a couple of shots until let me do it by myself. Not going to lie it felt good in my hands. I could see August looking at me with this sexy ass smirk on her face.

"I remember that look." Sienna said.

"Well this was fun guys. We have some other reservations to go to. Right baby." I didn't want them to see me act all out of character. They are used to August doing that, and they don't need to see me buss it open for August.

I grabbed her hand and rushed us out of the shooting range. I heard August saying something, but all I heard was her mumbling. Once we got to her car, I pushed her inside the backseat.

"Baby chill, we can do this at home." August said. Already unbuckling her belt, pulling her shirt from her pants.

"And we are the only ones here" I told her.
