"Alright so how we doing this lovely hair of yours." The hairdresser said.

"We cutting it. My baby need a new look." My momma said.

"You sure, this is the most healthiest hair I've felt in a long time. So long and thick." That's what she said. Well my wife never really said that to me before.

"Yeah. I guess I really transformed from how I used to look." I pulled my phone out to show her a picture of me before.

"You damn right. I think I know what you should go with. I honestly believe it will fit you." Oh geez, I hope I do.

It turned into an entire hour of the hairdresser messing with my hair. I've seen loads of my hair on the floor, and I kind of worried. I hope she didn't just chop off my hair off, and left me baldheaded. Once I told her to use some lavender oil that I actually brought to put in my hair. I've been to salons before and never liked their products.

"Oh yeah, that's you dawg." my momma said. "What you think Claudia?"

"I agree, I love it." she said. I'm trusting their decision so I really hope it's as good as they say.

The hairdresser turned the chair around, and I see my new hairstyle. Wow, she actually did a good job.

"I really love this

"I really love this. Still enough for me to still put it in a pony tail too. Thank you." I said, "Actually, I've had my hair cut before and they never really do it right. I may be coming back here."

"Please do, I will love doing some different hair styles for you." She said. I was about to pull out my wallet, but my momma already had her card out.

"Today is about you babe. Don't worry about buying anything." I just shrugged my shoulders and let her pay for it. I do feel weird about this because of they are spending money on me.

If Mama C really is trying to buy me a whole new wardrobe, then I'm going to do something to repay her back. That's too much money even though she makes a lot of money. I put my glasses back on, and dusted whatever hair that is left on me. Once outside, I pulled out my THC pen, and took a few puffs from that.

"Pass it." I heard my momma say. I handed it over and her and Mama C both took some pulls off of it.

"To the mall we go." my momma said.

The Grove Mall

"Alright Auggie, we are going to go to a couple of places in here. First, we are going to the Levi store because you need a lot of new jeans, Clavin Klein for some underwear and bras." I groaned at that statement, "well we will just go into random stores actually."

At the end of all this shopping, I am going to be the one carrying all the bags, or making multiple trips to the truck. The first store we stopped at is Tommy Hilfiger. I know damn near everything in here is making my wallet cry. Even though I am not the one buying everything, this store is expensive. Burberry isn't far from here, but I'm absolutely scared to touch anything in there. I am just marinated in poverty, and not welcomed in that store. No that anybody has told me, but my standards are low and that the store is beyond me. I watched as they just consulted with me on a few things, many my size in everything. I've tried on one coat or jacket, and they started picking up a few. My mom is somewhat of a fashion stylist or something. All I know is that she gets paid paid just to pick out outfits for people.

"Ma, this jacket is 279 dollars. I do not need this." I said her looking at the price.

"Hush chile, I know what I'm doing." I rolled my eyes as she just shut me up quick.

I sat down getting out of their way as they shopped for me. I've always liked shopping, but I never bought any single piece of clothing that was over 60 dollars. The only thing I have spent up to that was a pair of Levi jeans. Now for jewelry, I've spent seventy on a watch, and I still wear it.

After like 10 minutes, they are already at the counter paying for the clothes.

"Honey, take this to the car please." I looked at the bags upon bags of clothes. Most are jackets, maybe two coats, and under garments. Like pajama pants, underwear, and things of that nature.

I'm going to have a work out once I get home. Not only will I have to put these up, I have to get rid of most of my clothes, and sort through them. I'm keeping most of my shirts and hoodies though. After putting the bags in the truck I got a text from Mama C saying they are in the Burberry store.

I dialed her number, and waited for her to answer.

"Yes."

"Get out of that store. You are not about to spend 4-a thousand dollars of ONE item. Nope, I don't care, we not about to do this mama. We are not going to that store, Gucci, or Louis Vuitton. Please, if you are going to buy stuff from there just do it on your own time." no matter what I don't need to be that materialistic. Clothes are legit priceless. The only thing that makes it expensive is the name behind it. Half that shit does not even cost that much to make.

"Okay we will leave, I figured you would protest against it." I walked in to the mall going to where they are at.

"Because I don't care about the name. I could care less about the brand." I said.

5:00 P.M.

I hate shopping with a fiery passion. The trunk and back seat now have a bunch of bags on them. I barely have enough space to get in.

"You guys legit over did it." I said. By this time, I've switched to a stronger THC cartridge.

Almost the entire four hours of being there, I've gotten a few numbers. According to my mom and Mama C, my gray sweats didn't leave nothing for the imagination. I constantly told woman, and after woman that I am married. No matter if my marriage is tanking, I'm still loyal and faithful to my wife.

"Maybe a little bit." my momma laughed. "But I have to admit, once you got into it, you didn't stop. So far you have an amazing winter, and fall clothes. Some spring stuff too. Everything for the summer will just be order online or something later. I know how you feel about most of your shirts and hoodies, which is why we will not get rid of them. Knowing Cheyenne, she isn't home by now, so we can get everything organized and pull off the tags. No debating on this, you're not seeing the receipts or getting them."

"Right. By the way sweetie, we are having a family dinner in two days. So tomorrow after work for you if you're not doing a double, we are going to get you a suit tailored. I can't wait to see Anthony's face when he sees you." Mama C said. I never been on his good side since I've been with Cheyenne.
