July
Elizabeth
By the end of July, I had worked up enough courage to go back to London. I had to visit Ali, and the rest of the girlfriends. They were some of my best friends in the world.
I had not been able to get the internship back, so I settled for manning a kid's camp that ended a week ago.
A week after I got back, I had run into an old friend from grade school, David. We started talking and decided to go out, and now, I had a boyfriend, and he was getting serious. I loved him, in a way. It felt weird though.
David was great. All of my friends back home loved him. He was nice to my parents and to me. He said everything that needed to be said. All in all, he was perfect, but he felt wrong. I missed the little fights Niall and I used to have, and running in the street and getting drunk at night. Our love was crazy and beautiful.
David did not know I had been Niall Horan's girlfriend. I never told him about my a million twitter followers, or followers on Instagram. He did not pay attention to it. Which I was quite fine with.
Ali had visited for a weekend at the end of June, and had met David, but she was only home for two days to come and get her dress fitted for her brother's wedding. I missed her way too much at this point.
Niall seemed to have no trouble. I had seen photos of him going out with a girl named Mia. She was gorgeous, prettier than me, and I bet she was much more interesting. He had forgotten about me. I knew he would. I was never one to be remembered.
The directioners were still keeping tabs on me. I saw the comments as they flashed acrss the screen on Instagram. They either hated me, thought I was pretty, or always supported me. I knew they were only trying to protect Niall, but they did not have the right to hate me the way they did. The did not even know what had happened.
"Do you really have to go to London?" David asked, as we stood in front of the security line.
"I haven't seen Ali since the beginning of June! I miss her like crazy!"
"I know." He said, holding my hands. "I'll miss you."
"I'll miss you, too." I said, and he gave me a kiss. I said goodbye, and went on my way.

Ali
"Lib!" I screamed, opening the door and embracing her in a hug.
"Oh god, Ali, so good to see you! "
"Sorry I couldn't make it to the airport. I got roped int a dance class."
"Oh no, love, really, it's alright." I guided her into Harry and I's shared apartment, setting her bags in the guest room.
"How long did you say you were going to be here?"
"Two weeks." She told me.
"Wow, alright."
"I'm just going to take a nap. I've got some jet lag." She nodded and I went to sleep.

"Good morning." Ali said to me the next morning.
"Morning."
"What do you want to do today?"
"Listen, I'm going to change and get a coffee. I've got some stuff to take care of."
"Oh! I'll come with you!"
"No, I have to go...um...see someone for my uncle. He wanted me to deliver some papers for him, for his business."
