THE BLUE RIBBON

I drove straight from work and headed for Daniella’s place, I pressed the doorbell soon after a familiar voice said coming. I opened the door and to my greatest surprise I saw Daniella, more attractive and appealing like never before. So I just came over to say hi since it has been a long time since I heard your voice, it has just been to days now and you are talking as if it was a whole month, She snickered. Less I forget I came here to ask for your assistance, what is it you want now she said with great concern, you don’t have to be fretful it is just a trifling thing I said this to make her feel rest assured. I need to make something like a wiretap which can mole the activities of the red ribbon organization without it being it noticed. Hmm I can try building it but it would take some time, okay no problem I replied.

So you have got anything doing today, nope nothing at all I replied. How about you spend some time here since there is no one to keep my company for sometimes Dani asked. No problem it would be my pleasure, she took me to her underground lab. Let me show you how some things are done here she took some wires, scalp of metals, uranium, thorium. If my brain could recall these are radioactive elements I said, she grinned and said you got them all right nice try. So I would like to ask you something but you told me sometimes ago that you were in arts during your high school days how come you got into artificial intelligence. I change courses because I discovered I had potential in artificial intelligence so I switched to sciences while I was at college, she smirked and added I got you, you want to learn about my secret. Then I stood up and said how dare you trick me, I started chasing her round the lab until we got our legs all worked up. So back to our work.

I watched closely how she was making what I had no idea of and even gained some knowledge on how to make a testler. She presented it as a gift to me, I thanked and said this would come in handy anytime I need it. So she suggested we go out and get some fresh air, since you have an alluring garden that would be a nice place to stay. When we got outside we began to talk about our lives while we walked, we were getting close to each other day after day. Our hands began touch each other but nobody would want to hold hands, so I mustered the courage and held her hands before I knew it our hands rammed together, after a long minute of talking and walking I sighted a chair and quickly took my seat, because I was a little bit tired. then I asked her a question what would you wish for if a fairy were to grant you a wish she smiled and said I wish I could spend my life forever with the person I love then I asked who that person could be, she said she doesn’t know and she switched to another topic how is Troy and Jimmy doing. They are doing well I replied, dani I called yes Cole she replied I want you to close your eyes.

Hmm okay she replied I marshalled the courage and drew my lips close to her and gave her a deep kiss on her lips, she sat there not knowing what to say or do, as she was about I used my index finger to touch her lips and said thanks for today and I left her house. I branched to a nearby brasserie since I was really hungry and tired. Not too soon that I took my seat that a waitron emanated to me and said what would  you like to have sir, I took the menu and skimmed through it.hmm, let me see chicken soup, deserts and wine, since I didn’t want to get filled. Alright sir I would be back in minute, while I was waiting I heard a loud scream from outside, I ran out as fast as I could, the waitron said sir your food is here. I will be back for it I said while outside the brassiere.

I saw a suspicious man in black wearing a mask on his face running out of the apartment the scream came from, I started a hot chase with the guy. I couldn’t keep in pace with the guy because my stomach was empty and I was all worked up, as I look sideways I saw an energy drink on the table of an freestanding restaurant I took it an said my bad apologizing to the woman. I opened the drink and gulped it down my throat, not long after my energy began to return to me which made me cover the gap between me and the suspected criminal. Thanks to dani’s gift I  was able to stop the criminal, I took the testler charged it, got close to him enough and used  it on the place which his pulse was more active the neck. The criminal fell and began to tremor on the floor. I held the guy by the collar, handcuff him and took him to the crime scene, a crowd of people and the police had gathered there I handcuffed the criminal to a pole and went inside the building to get a closer look of what happened, when I got inside I saw the woman in the pool of her own blood.

When I came closer I saw the hammer which was used by the criminal to break her skull on the floor. Oh no, not another death. I rubbed my hands with her blood and rushed out of the building saying that lunatic must die today, I removed the handcuff and started hitting his face with my fist, why did you kill her, why did you kill an innocent citizen, what as she done wrong before I knew it blood was already oozing out of his face the reporters were also there. I was  about killing him when the police came and knocked me down, they handcuffed me then one of them said you are under arrest you have every right to remain silent anything you say  will or would be used against you in the court of law. You are under arrest for civilian assault. The rushed the suspect into an ambulance there was something suspicious about them, luckily for me  I saw those guys at the front of the ambulance they had a blue  logo at the back of their cloth which was similar to those of the red ribbon. Is this the other organization that troy talked about who are carrying out their operation in Europe.

I need to dig into this. Now I can’t do anything since I have been put in this crazy handcuffs, I spat on the shoes of the police and said in disgust you traitors you betrayed your people all because of money. Hey you shout up your mouth or else, or else what I said back in anger. I got a hard hit on my head and before I knew it everywhere became blurry, hazy and then total darkness.
