Crazy Lady (Hange x Reader)

Part 6

Hange's PoV:

I felt so bad. I stared between the door and the box that y/n left on the table. I really fucked up. Why was I being like that, being such an asshole. I had to go apologise for my outburst. I got up and picked up the box, I opened the door only to find Levi walking past.

"Hey Levi, have you seen y/n?" I asked hoping he might have seen what direction they walked in.

"Yeah, that doesn't mean I'm going to tell you where they went though." He glared at me.

"Why?" I asked.

"They stormed out of your office and seemed visibly upset. You clearly made them upset." He was still glaring at me.

"Hey look I know what it looks like but I just want to give them something they left behind." I put my hands up in defence.

"I'll give them back." He sighed and held out his hand.

"Wait, how did you know what it was I needed to return?"

"I just knew. Now hand them over." He was getting more and more annoyed with me so I just handed him the box.

"If your not going to let me see them can you at least tell them I'm sorry?"

"Maybe." He walked off. I sighed and walked back to my office.

Y/n PoV:

I was pissed. How do they think they have it any different from anyone else? We all go through hell in this messed up world. I passed by my room and decided to not go in there but to go for a walk instead.

I left the building through the back way. I stared up at the night sky, its always such a beautiful sight. Levi walked up beside me and handed me something. I looked down at my hand to see it was my cigarettes.

"Where did you get these?" I asked looking up from my hand and at him.

"The crazy lady came looking for you but you didn't seem in the right mood to talk with them so I stopped them. They wanted me to give you theses and to tell you that their sorry. I think they want to talk but its up to you if you want to or not." I don't think I've ever seen Levi acting so caring. He seemed genuinely worried about me.

"Thankyou." I said in a soft voice "Perhaps I will in the morning." I turned away from Levi and looked up to the sky once again. I smiled.

"Its really nice tonight, don't you think?" He said.

"Yeah it is. I just wish things didn't go the way they did."

"We all told you their a handful." Levi let out a small quite laugh. It took me a second to realise what he had just done. Levi Ackerman, the hard-boiled emotionless captain just made a joke and laughed.

"He laughs!!" I laughed at how stupid I sounded when I said that. I was probably going to get into trouble for saying it but it was worth it.

Levi just stood there giving me a look as if to say 'What the hell did you just say?'. I let out a nervous laugh.

"Well um I think I'm going to head to bed, thankyou for giving me these back goodnight!" I sped off to avoid getting cleaning duty for months.
