I continued to walk for what seemed like hours, I haven't seen a single soul anywhere.

Until I felt someone's soul from a distance.

I run to the direction the small amount of aura was coming from, and I find myself in an open space.

I look far in the distance and see a small green blob.

Gon.

I run up to him quickly.

"Hey, Gon!" I wave. It looked like he was practicing catching his prey with his fishing pole.

"Oh hi Y/N! What are you doing here?" Gon stops what he's doing and turns to me.

"I'm trying to look for my target but it seems he's not here..." I shrug.

"I hope you do find him soon so that we can all pass to the last phase." He smiles. Gosh, he's so adorable.

"I hope so too. So what are you doing?" I point towards his little set up. He has apples on top of logs and he seemed to be fishing them out with his fishing rod.

"I'm trying to figure out a way to get Hisoka's badge, so I decided it would be better to fish it out of him than to actually fight. I know I don't have a chance against him, so I think this will be easier."

"That's a very smart idea. If you really want to be able to fish it out on the first try though, keep in mind that Hisoka will be moving while you try to attack. He won't be still like those apples. I suggest taking him down when he's distracted." I wink.

"That makes sense. Thank you Y/N!" Gon runs up to me and hugs me tightly, and I do the same.

I say my goodbye's to Gon and immediately felt another aura, except it was slightly stronger than Gon's, but nowhere near mine. A rookie is around.

I run off to the bushes and conceal myself with Zetsu, then I follow the path from where the aura was coming from.

I couldn't believe who was standing before my very eyes.

My target.

I smirk at the sight. I'm assuming Gon was his target since he was watching his every move. Since he would be watching the kid, I decided I'll be watching him.

After a few moments, Gon ended up practicing by a river, he would try to get a bird with his fishing pole, but it would backfire on him.

Poor kid. He'll figure it out. I smile at the thought.

My target just continued to watch him, that's it. It was quite boring if I do say so myself. I'm pretty sure he'd keep an eye on him for a while before actually attacking, so I went off somewhere, and decided to look for Hisoka.

As I was walking, I noticed cute pink butterflies following me. I found it strange, but left it alone.

The number of butterflies kept getting larger and larger, but I couldn't figure out why. I held out my finger, but none would get on it. As I stood still, I saw that the butterflies were surrounding my waist.

What the hell?

"Oh yeah, that's right. I got cut by those blades in phase three." I was finally acknowledging my injured waist, it was actually pouring out a large amount of blood, and I was so accustomed to it that I didn't even take the time to help myself. I took my finger and took some of the blood into it, then I held out my hand. The butterflies came rushing towards it.

So they're attracted to blood. Interesting.

I saw more of these bugs far off, and I decided to follow it.
