13. Revenge (A Luxury We Can Afford)

"I'm gonna KILL HER!" Jordan yelled so loud that I think I could hear it, not through the phone. "Calm down Jordan, it's okay." I tried calming her but I could tell that the more she looked at it, the more angry she got. "No! Why the hell is she with him? And when did he get here!" She asked so many questions at once but I managed to calm her down. Basically, Layla posted a picture on her story with Asher. And they weren't very far apart so Jordan's mad. "Why?" She asked me and I shrugged. "I don't know! But I do know that he moved on way to fast!" I told her, Asher has always seemed like a player to me. "He really did." Jordan was so mad right now it was unreal. "I have an idea." Jordan said and I was scared. "What if I date someone to make Asher mad!" It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but it was still bad. "Who?" I asked. "Isa." She gave me a evil smirk before laughing. "Don't you think it's a good idea! I mean, I don't like him but it'll be funny!" She seemed like she really wanted to do this. "I thought he had a girlfriend?" I said and she scoffed. "Yeah an annoying one, he'll definitely leave her for me." I knew that there was no stopping her but I had a better idea so I gave it a shot. "What about Josh?" I asked and she took a minute to decide. "I mean, maybe but it wouldn't be as funny." She said and then thought about it again. "BOTH!" She exclaimed and I stopped her from saying anymore. "No! Only one." I told her and she pouted. "Fine, I guess I'll do Josh because he might be a bit easier to get a hold of." She said and I just went with it. She had to go so we said bye and then I went to bed.

Jordan's POV:

It's the next morning and i'm gonna do my genius plan of getting revenge on Asher. I don't know why he seems to like those type of girls because Layla is just Luella but older. Yeah Luella was like nine or something and she was dating him. I decided to text Josh and seconds later I got a call from him. I answered it. "Hey." I said and he said it back but why more enthusiastic. "Why'd you text me?" He asked and I honestly don't know why I was doing this. Should I get revenge a different way or stick with this plan? "Uhm, I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go to the park?" I asked and I could tell he was smiling. "Yeah sure! I was gonna help Tayler pack but he can wait!" He replied and I was happy because I had a feeling that Layla would be at the park, with Asher? I don't know but either way we'll post stuff to say that we're hanging out. I actually forgot that Tayler was leaving us, it was sort of sad but i'm more happy. "Can we see if Destiny and Tayler want to come?" He asked and I was going to say no until I had an idea. If they see that we're with them maybe they'd think it's a double date? "Sure." I said and he texted Tayler and not long after he got a reply with yes.

It's a bit later now and I'm with Josh and we're heading to the park. I'm nervous because I feel like Asher hates me and I don't want him to think i'm actually dating Josh and then leave me forever! Well, I do want him to think I'm dating Josh. I don't know at this point! We made it to the hill where we're meeting Destiny and Tayler and what do you know. Destiny comes so fast down the hill on her scooter with a exhausted looking Tayler behind her. "Sup!" She exclaimed when she got to me and Josh and I just laughed. "Hi." I said back to her and Tayler came and face planted the ground. "I can't believe you made me run down that hill!" Tayler mumbled into the ground but we could understand what he said. "Sorry! I told you to bring the bike!" Destiny yelled down to him. "I would've fell off the second we left your house!" I can picture that. Oh yeah, we're throwing Tayler a goodbye party or whatever soon because the boy gang wanted to and they forced me to do it so, just thought i'd say! But just Tayler saying that made me remember the location that the boy gang chose, the skate park. It'll be funny to see Tayler fall off multiple times.

"So what's the plan anyway?" Destiny questioned and I didn't really have a proper answer. My plan wasn't the greatest but if it didn't work out then i'll just blame them for 'messing up'. "Well, basically just make Asher jealous." I told them and Tayler looked at me with full confusion. "What if he's not there?" He asked. "I know he's there, I've been checking his location all morning." I told them without realizing that I just exposed myself. "You've been stalking him? Wow, you really liked him if your stalking him." Destiny joked and I faked laughed at her. "Wait, you only really love a guy if you stalk them?" Josh asked, weird question. "Yeah, more or less." I told him and he looked down and sighed. "You never stalked me." He said and Destiny and Tayler laughed at him. "Exactly!" I said to him and he looked at me basically saying that that wasn't the answer he was hoping for. We made it to the park and the second we entered, my eyes drew to Asher. Damn he looked hot. He was sitting on one of the benches with his arm around Layla which angered me so much. I clenched my fists and my jaw and Destiny noticed. "Don't go over, we need to make him jealous." Destiny said and I nodded. That was the point on why we were here. We walked past them and I didn't make eye contact with him once, it was hard to though. Josh was holding my hand which made me so uncomfortable and I was praying that he'd let go but he didn't. I mean, at least it might've made Asher jealous? We went and sat at the swings, I kept looking over to them but Destiny would always snap me out of my thoughts. They were able to take my mind off of him for a bit and we were having fun on the swings but I remembered about Asher as soon as I heard someone. "Asher Preston Starker!" I heard a voice shout huskily and I knew exactly who it was. "Babe! There's no point being here, Layla's better than that Jordan girl or whatever the hell her name was." I heard another one say and Destiny, Tayler and Josh could tell how angry that sentence made me. I got off the swing and turned around. "Sorry?" I asked and she stopped and looked at me. If you haven't already worked out, it's Isa and Rose. Destiny got off her swing as well, I mean, fell off her swing and came over to hold me back from going over and attacking Rose. "Oh, why are you here? To stalk Asher?" She asked me and Isa stood in front of her and gave her some pep talk which I think was suppose to calm her down but she just pushed him to the side. "No, why are you here? Go back to your home, it's right there." I said pointing at the trash can right beside us, she scoffed. "Excuse me?" She asked. "Did you not hear me? I said go back to your home!" I walked right past Destiny's arm which was blocking me and Rose and was right up in her face. She looked at me with pure frustration which I done the same. Until out of no where, Rose slapped me and I heard the rest of them gasp. That was which caused me to go over the edge. It turned into a fight which I grabbed Rose by her hair and threw her across the grass over to behind Isa. I ran up and jamp onto her and started to rapidly pound my fists into her face which at one point I got her eye. The fight lasted a bit, with Isa and Destiny trying to break it up while Josh hyped me up and Tayler recorded it on his phone. I felt someone pick me up. "Hey, Hey, Jordan stop! Stop! Calm down!" They tried to calm me but I kept hitting Rose until they lifted me high enough so I couldn't reach her. They put me down while Isa helped Rose up but Destiny's jaw was dropped. I turned around and saw- Oh my God.
