23. He's Cheating

Destiny's POV

I keep texting Tayler repeatedly but I get no response! I keep seeing Stella and Ryder being a perfect couple and while Tayler was here I didn't think much of it but now that he's gone I realize that i'm never gonna get to be like that again. Sorry if i'm just going on and it doesn't make sense, but since Parker got kicked out our group yesterday, he's trying to get back in because Layla rejected him and went with Asher or whatever so he's trying to get out trust back. I don't think he knows what trust means because he said that Tayler's cheating on me and he's basically trying to get me to be his friend again because he 'warned' me. I don't know.

At first, I didn't believe him because I didn't think that Tayler would be like that, but somethings beginning to add up. Tayler isn't replying to my texts and he's leaving me on read, he doesn't answer my calls and says that he's 'busy', I see his story's and I see he's always with a girl who's face you can never see in the pictures.

I don't know what to believe. So that's when I had an idea, me and the group go and stalk him! I went to text the group chat my idea.

I told them my idea but no one really wanted to do it except from Chris so I let him do it with me. I knew that he'd be no help but at least it's someone.

We went and spoke in the group on what to do with Parker. I always liked having Parker hanging out with us since he joined the school (even though we had a tough start). I didn't want to say yes in case everyone else said no and I looked like an idiot so I just waited until it said Jordan was typing. "Should we just let him back in? I mean, when we go back to school in two days he's gonna leave us for someone else." She said so we all decided to do that.

We went back on the group chat which had Parker in it and told him that he was back in our group. "Thank you guys!" He said and sent a picture which said 'virtual hugs'. "Ew." Jordan said and we sent a mixture of 'lol' or 'haha'.

I noticed that Tayler was still in the group (I mean he's still in our friend group so I don't know what I was thinking) so I went and deleted the messages I sent about me and Chris stalking him.

Later that night, me and Chris got Tayler's location and we left to go stalk him. I told him before we left to wear all black so we wouldn't get spotted as easily but of course this boy opens his front door with a bright red jumper with a bright yellow sun on it and blue jeans and bright pink trainers. "I told you to wear all black!" I yelled at him and he shushed me. "I'm suppose to be sleeping, don't let my parents hear you." He whispered and shut his door quietly. "Chris, it's seven!" I said, I didn't think he went to bed early. "I know, way past my bed time." He said and I just ignored it.

We started walking to Tayler's new town, it was only two hours away from where we stayed so by the time we got there Chris was exhausted. "I regret saying that I'll come." He panted and grasped for air. "Stop being dramatic, Chris." I told him and he slapped me. "Shut it." He said then pointed over at a sign saying his new towns name and that's what told us we were here. "Finally!" I started. "Time to find out if my boyfriends cheating on me." I turned my tone down a little bit and got more serious, but Chris didn't do the same. "Yeah!" He punched the air straight up and followed after me.

This was the moment of truth, is Tayler not who I think he is? Is he really cheating on me? I doubted it but I needed confirmation. "What if he's not cheating on you tonight but he will tomorrow." Chris said and I hit him. "Don't say that!" I snapped. "I asked him before we came if I could call him and he said he's going out." I told him, I really hope that he wasn't cheating because last time he claimed it wasn't his fault, and he didn't do anything. But maybe he was lying.

I checked his location on snapchat and we went to where he was. And what do you know, he's with a bunch of guys and girls. I don't know if he was comfortable with it but one of the girls were being really touchy over him. "Do you recgonise her?" Chris asked and I looked closer at the girl. I did recgonise her the closer I looked. "Your kidding me." I said and then I recognized most of the people there with him.

The only one I was concerned about was the one who we all remember and the one that was being super touchy with Tayler. It was that Dela girl or whatever her name was. "Why's she here?" I asked rhetorically but Chris answered. "Jordan told us one time that they were all moving here for high school, right?" It was true, I do remember.

I should probably tell you who's with him. Asher, Isa, Luella, Dela, Layla and Tayler of course. I was guessing that Layla was only there because of Asher but I was hoping that she was moving here as well so we don't have to see her again.

It seemed really weird, but it got even weirder and I finally got the answer to my question. Tayler got close to Dela's face and then hugged her and I thought it might've been maybe a friend thing but if Dela's anything like her sister, Luella, I know that it's probably not. "Break his heart." Chris said. "Why?" I asked him and he gave me a 'don't you know the answer' look. "But I love him!" I wined and Chris slapped me. "Snap out of it girl, he's cheating!" He told me and I slapped him back. "I know but maybe it's just a friendly thing." I guessed, still having hope. "Sure." He said sarcastically. "I'll give him a week, if he doesn't reply to me by then, i'm breaking up with him." I told him and Chris high-fived me. "There's the spirit." He said and we left to go back home. We didn't get home till midnight so on the way back me and Chris told the group chat.

We're going back to school next week so I already know his excuse to not answering me would be school, but i'm not gonna fall for it.
