18. He Asked Me the Same Thing

(I saw stuff saying that writers should add alot of paragraphs so there's some in this chapter and everyone from now on <3)

Oh. My. God. I need my knife back. We walk in and what do you know, Penelope's sitting at a table with some other dude. Sure he might be her friend BUT that doesn't look like a friendship to me. Chris turned around and was about to walk out but I grabbed him back inside. "Josh, do you still have your knife?" Jordan asked and I quickly shook my head. "Damn!" I was sort of scared but she didn't so anything luckily. "Right, confrontation time." Tayler said, cracking his knuckles. He started walking over and Jordan followed. The rest of us got ice cream but Tayler seemed too scared to confront them so Jordan didn't either because she needed ice cream. We got it and decided that we'd just walk around instead of sitting in because, Penelope and her new boyfriend are there.

Stella's POV:

We started going round the town and stopped when we got to the mall, we decided to split up because some of us didn't want to go into the same store as others. So, I went with everyone except Jordan and Ryder (poor Jordan), but I found it maybe okay because he might say something to her! I don't know if i'm getting my hopes up or not. We went into the music store and they had a bunch of headphones that you could test but it had music on it. Chris put it on and started dancing like an idiot in the middle of the store but it was good to see him happy after him getting his heart broke.

Josh tapped me on the shoulder which gave me a fright. "Can I talk to you now?" He whispered and I nodded. "Me and Stella are gonna go look at the movies they sell." Josh told them. "Okay, me and Tayler are gonna go to a different store so we'll text later." Destiny replied and we said ok. Me and Josh went over and he looked about to see if anyone was around.

Jordan's POV:

We split up into groups, well it was suppose to be groups but everyone went to the music store but I was stuck with Ryder to go to the jewelry store. I don't know why he wanted to go there, probably because he has a crush on me like all the boys- wait, oops sorry Stella.

We entered and he started touching stuff and almost broke something but I caught it because i'm amazing.

I started looking at more jewelry because I needed more, I've only got two boxes full and I need a third! Ryder came over and tapped me on the shoulder, he put his phone away at the same time. "Can I talk to you about, something?" He asked slowly, I was already scared on what it was.

(J= Jordan, R= Ryder)

J: Sure.
R: Does Stella still love me?
What?
J: Yes, I think so anyway. Why?
R: Because, I decided on my answer.
J: What is it?
R: Why should I tell you?
J: Well, you asking me that kind of tells me that it's a yes.
R: No it doesn't.
J: Yes it does.
R: Anyway, I decided on yes because-

He started going on and on about her, I think he forgot that i'm her best friend and I know everything about her. He kept going and going so I cut him off. "Okay, I get it. You still like her as well." I said and picked up the necklace I was looking at earlier. I tried it on and looked at it in the mirror. "How should I ask her back out?" He asked me. Stop asking me so many questions! "You don't really need to, just say to her 'I'm sorry, can I have you back?' and boom, your dating her again." I said and took the necklace off. "Okay, thanks." He said and looked at the necklace, he saw I was confused on what to do. "I really want that. It's too expensive." I said sadly putting it back in place, it was perfect but of course it was so expensive! It was sad. But I thought that I could save up for it! Starting now.

Stella's POV:

Me and Josh went over and he looked about to see if anyone was around. "So?" I questioned and he took a deep breath. "Does Jordan still love me?" He asked and I knew exactly where this was going.

(J= Josh, S= Stella)

J: I think that, me and Jordan were finally getting back on track and then that Asher dude showed up and ruined it!
S: Well, I think right now, she likes you and Asher? But mainly you because I heard about that argument they had at the park.
J: Yup, I witnessed it.
J: So, should I try and get her back?
S: I would say, yes. Her and Asher probably won't get back together and I think even if they did, you have a better chance right now. So maybe, take it slow and try and get back to where you guys were before Asher.
J: Okay, I just really miss her.
S: I know you do. Simp.

He fake laughed at me and then we went back over to Parker and Chris.

Around fifteen minutes later, we decided to go meet back up with the rest of them. On the group chat, Ryder told us all to meet him and Jordan at the food stall downstairs and Chris was so happy because he got to eat again.

We went down and once everyone was back, we got Chris more food because we could tell he was still upset. "Can I talk to you real quick?" Jordan came up behind me and asked, I agreed and we went under the stairs. "Guess what." She started. "What?"

(S= Stella, J= Jordan)

J: Ryder asked me something crazy in the jewelry store!
S: Really? Josh asked me something crazy aswell!
J: Oooh, okay I'll go first.
J: He asked me if you still loved him so I said yes and then he asked how to get you back so I gave him some advice so your welcome! Your getting your boyfriend back!
S: Wait really!
J: Yes.
S: Yay!
J: What did Josh ask you?

And that's when I realized. "He asked me the same thing, but with you." I said and her eyes widened. "What!" She exclaimed. "What did you say?" She said angrily. I told her what he said and she sighed. "Well, I guess i'm going to have to deal with him annoying me and trying to get me back." I laughed at her. "Sorry."

We went back over to the table and not long after, we left. We went shopping in a few other stores but we didn't split up this time and I was so excited for when Ryder would ask me out again. I know that maybe he won't ask today, but at least I know he will at some point. And I was really happy that Josh and Jordan could be getting back together.

We went into a clothing store and that's when Ryder pulled me aside.
