21. Goodbye Tayler

It's the day of Tayler leaving, me and him went to his house early in the morning to get his stuff. It was around six am and I was exhausted but Tayler told me I could sleep and he'd wake me up before he left, so I did.

Tayler's POV:

I left Destiny in the car to sleep and walked into my house. I looked about, thinking off the memories. I remember when the boy gang first added Parker, we invited him round to mine and he got stuck behind my couch when we played hide-n-seek. And the time I first got Destiny to meet my parents, it was so funny because I think my parents (still do) loved her more than me. So many memories started going through my head but then I heard my parents shout me. "Come on Tayler! Get your stuff!" They yelled so I told them that I was just coming.

Going into my room made me think of so many more that it made me start to tear up but I got myself together and walked downstairs with everything. I stood outside my house and looked at it. "Goodbye." I said to it before turning round and giving my dad my suitcases.

Destiny was still in the car, asleep so I got in and cuddled her and watched her while she slept (i'm not a creep, I promise). So many things worried me. I thought that me and Destiny will break up because I saw it happen to Josh and Jordan and he didn't even move away. I thought that i'd lose contact with the whole friend group and i'll be a loner for the rest of my life. I kept telling myself that things would work out well, if it doesn't then I don't know what i'd do.

I looked out the window as we drove to Destiny's house to drop her off. I looked out and every place I saw reminded me of the good times I had there with everyone. My gut told me that I shouldn't leave, I thought that i'd tell my parents that but we were already outside of Destiny's.

"Tayler, wake her up." My mum whispered and I nodded. I shook her lightly and saying her name multiple times until she woke up. "Hmm?" She asked and then looked out the window. "No!" She cried and turned back to me. "I'm sorry." I told her and she started crying in my arms. "I don't want you to leave!" She was really upset and just seeing her cry made me do the same. "I'm sorry Dest but I need to, I'll come see you ever weekend and holidays I promise." I said and she wiped her tears and got up. "That's not enough!" She cried again.

We stayed in the car until we got out and she gave me the biggest hug ever. "Even if we break up, promise me that you'll love me forever?" She asked me. "We won't break up but if we do for some reason, I promise that i'll always love you." I told her and she smiled at me. We said out final goodbyes and then I got back in the car. I kept thinking about my gut feeling and how I should probably listen to it.

"Can I ask you two something?"

Stella's POV:

It's been three days after Tayler left and we're at the park. Destiny hasn't been the same since and is really sad but we're trying to cheer her up. "Destiny, It's okay." Chris tried calming her but she just started crying. "Destiny, move on. Look there's a hot dude over there." Parker said, pointing at himself. "We didn't break up- HOLD ON!" She screamed and then we noticed. Does he-. "Do you like me?" Destiny asked him and he shook his head. "Bro code." He said and Ryder laughed. "Well why'd you point at yourself." Jordan got involved and he shrugged. "I don't know, sorry." He said but we had a feeling he was lying.

We went on a walk and Parker was still trying to help Destiny get a new boyfriend even thought we keep telling him that her and Tayler are still dating! "Parker, they're still dating." Josh said and Parker shrugged. "I'm just trying to help for when he finds a new girlfriend." He said and we all drew out eyes to him, telling him to shut up. "What- is he going to leave me?" Destiny asked and we could tell she was already close to breaking down. "Of course not!" I told her and she sucked up her tears. "You sure?" She questioned, letting them all back out. "I'm sure." I smiled at her and she done it back. "And if he does then i'm gonna track him down and make sure that we'll never see him again." Jordan said and we laughed, not knowing if she was being serious or not (she probably was).

"But Parker," Josh started, we all turned to him. "Do you have a crush on Destiny?" We all looked deeply in Parker's soul, wanting to know the answer. "No, I have a crush on someone else." He admitted and quickly threw his hand over his mouth to cover it, he couldn't believe he exposed himself. "Oops!" He said and started walking faster. "Is it Jordan?" Ryder asked him and Parker shook his head. We were all shocked. "Why?" Jordan asked and he stuttered. "I.. mean.. I-" I cut him off while he was still stuttering. "Who is it? Are they here right now?" I asked and he looked about at the group. "No, and I'm not saying." He said and Ryder and Josh ran after him. "Tell us on the group chat bro." Ryder said and Parker sighed. "Fine, i'll tell the boy gang group chat when I get home." He said and they jamp up and down. "Ryder, will you tell me?" I asked him and he looked at Parker. "Maybe." He said and I smirked and looked at the rest of them, of course i'm gonna tell them if I find out.
