The next round we were to be doing was a cavalry battle, Shoto told me the rules of how we had to do it and how we had to look for a team of three or four. It was time to look around and make our teams and strategize, I wanted to team with Bakugou so I can get closer to him because I wanted to be his friend.

But he already had a team, I didn't want to be on Midoriya's team though because everyone is going to be targeting him since he has 1,000,000 points. I jogged up to Shoto, "Can we team up again?" Shoto nodded, with me joining his team, it was now a full team. On our team were me, Shoto, Denki, and Ida.

We had determined that since I was the lightest I would be the one who was carried and my long hair was an advantage for semi hiding our bands. We had made a pretty good strategy, in my opinion, we had all agreed that we're going to go after the people who go after Midoriya's team since they would be focused on getting his band rather than protecting theirs.

I climbed on top of them with their help and we waited for the signal to start the round. A minute later we were given the signal to go and so they did. Everybody ran straight to Midoriya, I felt bad for him and his team. I swiftly and carefully took people's bands off their heads and put them on my own head.

The round went by faster than I had realized, Shoto had traced the number fifteen on my calf, that was his way of telling me there were fifteen minutes left. We turned and started going for Midoriya and his team now. This worried me a little bit, what if we don't get a good band from him? I mean we already have 1,175 points. It seems like enough, we would be in the top three with this amount, but they wanted to grab a band from Midoriya. We found Midoriya and Shoto made thick ice walls around us so no one could get in or out. Smart move big bro. I smiled to myself feeling more confident in the plan we had made.

Ida yelled something, I was able to tell because I was able to feel the vibration of his voice on my foot. Then all of a sudden we went real fast towards Midoriya and his team. I held on to Shotos shoulder tightly with my left hand not wanting to fall off, and with my right hand, I managed to grab Midoriya's one million-point band. Denki used his quirk as well and used too much making him have a fried brain for the moment, I swiftly switched around the bands so the lowest point band was in reach in case Midoriya tried to tack it back.

And I was right, Midoriya and his team were running over to us trying to get the band back since there were about three minutes left. Denki was in the corner having two thumbs up as he walked around with a bloody nose looking derpy. I smirked to myself as he grabbed the band and he looked at it. It read '100' points, he looked back up in disbelief. Ice chunks flew in the air so I whipped my head in the direction to see what had happened and there was Bakugou and his team. They managed to blast through the thick ice wall.

Both Midoriya and Bakugou lunged towards me and my team trying to get the one million point band off my head and for themselves. My eyes grew wide like a deer in headlights since my team wasn't moving, were we about to lose? I quickly crossed my arms and put them in front of my face as a reflex I had developed from childhood. But then Midoriya and Bakugous team stopped running, causing Bakugou to fall on his face. I slowly put my arms down and saw Bakugou on the ground slowly getting up. I silently giggled to myself, hoping nobody heard my giggle.

I know I don't have a 'deaf' person voice since that's what Sho, Fuyumi, and Natsuo say at least. But I'm self-conscious of the voice I have because I don't know how it sounds anymore, let alone the volume, so I try hard to not make noise when I laugh. Sho and our team made 1st place, Bakugous team made 2nd place and Midoriya's team made 3rd place. We all looked up to see what the next round was going to be. The giant screen stopped and it landed on the '1 on 1' battle, I smiled to myself. This 1 on 1 battle was going to give me an excuse to use half of my quirk power if not it's full power depending on who I fight against. We got a break so we could all rest and recover so I ran up to Midoriya.

"Hey Midoriya, congrats on 3rd place! You made it to the top five!" I smiled happily at him. He was truly a great friend.

"Thanks! You guys did great, congrats on getting first place!" He scratched the back of his head with a nervous smile.

"Oh! I also wanted to thank you for teaching Kaminari sign language, that means a lot to me. It makes me happy seeing people learn just to talk to me. It makes me feel less of a burden constantly asking you and Sho for help."

Midoriya looked like he got an idea when I finished signing, I wonder what his idea is? "No problem, you're not a burden to us I swear." Midoriya was very comforting to me, he always knew how to make me feel better about myself. He is my best friend. I said goodbye to him and went to drink some water from a water fountain since I was thirsty. I ran into Bakugou at the water fountain, we were the only ones there. I waved at him in a way to say hello, he gave me a side-eye as he drank the water, he stood up straight and dried his mouth with the bottom of his shirt revealing his abs.

I blushed a dark red and looked away quickly, the image of his abs not leaving my head. He tapped my shoulder, I looked over at him slowly. A dark red blush was still on my face. He pointed at my notebook, I handed it to him with my pencil, he flipped it open to an empty page and began writing in it. The look of concentration on his face made him look so approachable and nice. I took this time to drink some water as I waited.

Before he could write his answer down, people started coming to get to the water fountain or to go stretch. Shoto came up to me. "We got to go, it's going to start soon." I nodded and Shoto and I walked away from Bakugou. I turned around and waved at him. He just stared at me, an unreadable expression on his face. He was harder to understand compared to Shoto. But then I realized, Bakugou still had the same notebook he and I talked in.
