Short story

Some days the light does not shine as bright.

Some days the same sad song plays in their head as they try to figure out what is wrong...

They cant figure it out though

It is this waning feeling that comes and goes.

They never knew how long it would stay.

Some days it would feel like a huge weight crushing them.

Even their closest friends couldn't cheer them up

It is painful to feel this way when you wish you could feel any other emotion at all

They're is a constant saying to just blame it on being tired.

People usually believe that.

But no one really listens either way.

And then you want to get help but the help makes you feel like they don't understand either...

Their brain is exhausted from feeling one extreme emotion or the other. But the days when they feel nothing at all is sometimes worse.

What changes a mood so drastically? How can one go from happy and excited to depressed and hopeless.

They didn't know what to do about the relationship they are currently in...

It seems each day their feelings for the other changes and they know that is difficult for their significant other...

But how do you know when it is time to give up.

How do you know when you still like the person but you know they aren't the one.

How do you make such a big decision to end things... they don't want to hurt the other. But they don't know if they can keep living like this.

But that feeling isn't every day. Just most of them.

What do you do with the feeling that you want to cut everyone out of your life and move far away never to be perceived again...
You can't share that thought.. people may look at your crazy.

But they feel crazy sometimes. Their brain makes no sense and they can't explain it so they continue living in this questionable cycle. Is it really living?

Maybe not. But they want to live. They want to do everything to make themselves happy but they don't know how... and it's hard. And it feels like Nobody wants to listen. Nobody.

Life is so difficult and the hard parts aren't all of it but I really wish this part would pass over already.
I want to feel better.
