Rick grimes

I wake up to the soft melody of my boyfriend humming.
I open my eyes to see him looking up at the ceiling happily.

"Morning" I smile and he glances over at me

"Hey gorgeous" he says with his gorgeous blue eyes

"How long have you been up?" I ask

"Eh a while. Just didn't wanna wake you" he grins tightening his arms

"We have work to do" I say

"It can wait" he says kissing my neck

Before he can go any further the baby monitor goes off.

"Judi can't wait" I chuckle slipping out of his grip

"But I don't wanna get up" he pouts

"Baby if you get all your work done today and come home without a scratch maybe. Just maybe we can have a little fun tonight" I say putting a shirt on. He makes an excited noise as I leave to tend to Judi.

I change her and take her downstairs.

"Hungry Judi?" I smile as she rubs her eyes nodding
I put her in her chair and grab an apple.

"I'm going to work I love you both" rick says kissing judis head and then coming to kiss me.

"I'll miss you" I smile pecking him

"I'll miss you more" he smirks kissing me full force

"Go to work" I laugh and as he walks out the door I slap his ass

"You're lucky I love you" he laughs

Suddenly carl runs down the stairs muttering something like "going to hang out with Enid bye y/n!" Then he leaves

"Okay Judi lets start our day" I sigh happily cutting an apple up

We eat and then I take her to the health office to get a check up since she's been sniffling lately.

After we go read some books. Then I teach her to garden. After working it's nap time for her.
While she sleeps I check in at all the stations and make sure everything is in order.
After I go back home and get Judi.
We have a fire with others and have some dinner. I take an extra plate for rick before we go home.
At home we read and play games until rick gets home.

"There's my favorite people" I hear his tired voice say

"You're home!" I smile getting up. Judi and I hug him

"Ah careful" he winces holding his back

"Honey what's wrong?" I ask

"Jus a little slip at work nothin to worry about" he sighs

"You sure?" I help him to the couch

"Dad!" Judi smiles up at him climbing on the couch

"Hey guys" carl says

"Coral" rick says in his southern accent that makes me laugh

"Yes dad" he stops

"Where were you  today." Rick raises an eyebrow at him

"Just with some friends." He shrugs quietly

"Who's Enid?" I ask with a peppy smile and his eyes go wide

"Uh Enid?" Carl says looking down

"A girl?" Rick looks up at me

"Yeah my uh. Girlfriend" carl smiles at the ground

"Oh Carl how cute!!" I laugh hugging him

"Coral-"

"We want to meet her!" I screech jumping around

"Uh Okay" carl smiles and runs upstairs

"He's growing up so fast" rick sighs holding Judi

"It's alright. I think it's cute" I giggle sitting by them

"I think you and I should go upstairs" rick gives me that special look

"Let me get her to bed" I look at Judi half asleep so I lift her up and take her to the crib

I walk to my room and rick isn't there yet?
I go back to the stairway and see him struggling.

"Baby" I sigh

"No go on. I'll be right there" he says trying to act like he's okay

"Fine but if you need me just tell me" I say going back in my room

I get changed and wait. He soon gets up to the door.

"Took you long enough baby" I laugh getting up and he looks at me tiredly.

"Honey can we just-

"Sleep?" I smile and caress his face

"Yeah. But fun night tomorrow" he smiles

"Of course babe" I take his hand and grab his sleeping clothes

He changes with some help since his back hurts then we both get into bed

"You know I love you. So much" he pulls me closer to him

"I love you too rick grimes" I smile seeing his baby blue eyes flutter shut
