Sirius black/ remus lupin

Growing up as Sirius blacks sister was the best thing ever. I came just as close to Remus Lilly and James as he did. Everything was great until the day you know who came back.
When Lilly and James were taken from the world it came as a surprise not as much of a surprise as when we found out peter had betrayed us. But the worst part had to have been when they took my brother...
peter was gone. James and Lilly dead. Remus my dear friend was so broken up. I hated to leave him but we decided it would be better if we had went into hiding.
It's been years since I've seen Remus but then I get a message by owl.

Dear y/n,
                   It's been so long since I've seen you. Dumbledore has asked me to come and teach at hogwarts. Not sure if I should or not. If I do, I'd like you to come with. I know it's a lot to ask but we both know we can come out of hiding. There's something I must tell you also but I much rather do it in person. Meet me here.

"Oh Remus" I sigh to myself thinking of my old friend
I reminisce on the secret relationship we'd had as teenagers. If Sirius knew he'd kill us both.
I smile and pack up a bag to leave.
I take the fastest train to the outskirts of London.
I find my way to the address on the letter. When I get to the small hut I knock on the door.
I watch as the oak door sqeaks open revealing the face of a man I once loved.

"Remus" I whisper speechless. I never realized how much I could miss him

"Y/n" he says also almost speechless
I can not contain my joy anymore as I leap into his arms hugging him tightly

"I've missed you so terribly" I take in the sweet smell of chocolate and tea

"I bet I've missed you more" he mumbles and I let go of him

"Please come in" he grins grabbing my bags

"Oh Remus why haven't we met up before now" I sigh looking around

"There was never time" he sighs

"What?" I ask

"I've been working on something. You're going to love it." He says humbly

"What is it" I ask

"You'll see in tomorrow mornings headlines. Would you like some tea" he smiles

"Id love some" I say looking around at all the old pictures
Remus goes into what I presume is the kitchen.
I find one picture of Remus and I together in Hogsmeade. Holding hands. I touch the picture with my finger wiping some dust away.

"Old times" I hear Remus

"We were so happy" I sigh

"Sirius would've killed us if he was in Hogsmeade that day" he chuckles and I turn around to laugh with him

"Tea" he says handing me a small cup

"Sirius would've killed me just for looking at you the wrong way" Remus laughs

"What do you mean" I smirk

"He May have saw us holding hands for a short moment" Remus smiles

"Oh my gosh you never told me that" I hit his chest

"I told him it was nothing" Remus laughs

"You haven't changed a bit Remus" I smile sipping my tea

"That is a good thing correct?" He smirks

"Good indeed" I reach up to caress his face covered in scars as always.

"God how I've missed you" he puts down his cup and slides an arm around my waist

"I'd do it all over again" I giggle and he smiles
