Jaden pov (8 months)
"Why don't you write a song for her?" Colson suggested. I've been racking my brain for days now trying to figure out a way to propose to her.
"I don't know man, as supportive as she is with my music, she's a weirdo and doesn't actually like music that much. She's so strange." I chuckle as I think of what she would be doing now; she'd be sitting in the bed and eating her fucking chips and jelly. Kind of glad she didn't get any fish cravings during her pregnancy because I would not be able to deal with that. I fucking hate fish.
"Then change her mind. Make her a song that she can attach to that moment. Something you can play to your kids when they get older." He said. It's quite funny because the longer I sit here thinking about all the reasons not to do it, the longer he'll get pissed.
"But-"
"Okay before you two start arguing like an old married couple again, why don't you start writing down lyrics for a song to sing to your pregnant girlfriend yeah? Because if you don't, I will fucking bash your heads together." Travis threatened. I laughed and picked up the pen and paper and started scribbling down lyrics.
(Marry You - Bruno Mars,,, we're just going to pretend that it's Jaden's song okay? Okay)
"There now was that so hard?" Travis asked as I had finally finished editing the lyrics to fit.
"Hush yourself midget." Colson said to him.
"Don't fucking try me Colson." And he says me and Colson act like an old married couple?
"Okay I'm gonna go now because if I don't go soon, Blair will throw a fit. So if you don't hear from me, don't tell them Blair did it." I said as I started to pack my bag again.
"You aren't going to record it?" Travis asked.
"No I will. After she says yes. I'll give her the copy of the song after the baby is born. Hopefully she will say yes-" Colson cut me off.
"There is no fucking hopefully about it. That psychotic little shit will say yes a thousand times for you." He laughed out.
"That's the mother of my child you're talking about." I dismissed to him. He scoffed and looked at me in disbelief.
"You're telling me you disagree with me?" He asked.
"Just... shut up okay? I gotta go, see you later." I laughed with them as I walked out of the door.

"Hey baby." I shouted through the apartment, almost immediately regretting my decision as the chances of her being asleep are quite high. I mentally cursed myself for that. Fucking idiot.
I walked through the apartment to our room where I saw her curled up in a ball on the bed. But she wasn't asleep. She was crying.
"Woah, woah. Baby what's wrong?" I asked her as I sat down on the floor next to her.
"The baby dropped." She said as she ran her hand through my hair. Excuse me?
"How can you drop something that's inside of you?" She laughed slightly, but I didn't find it funny because I genuinely didn't know what she meant.
"Oh you silly little boy." She giggled. "I didn't drop the baby. The baby dropped. It happens roughly around 4-6 weeks before a due date. Basically it just means that the baby is getting closer to being in the right position, but it also means that the baby is sat right on my pelvis, and it's fucking uncomfortable." She explained.
