——> Side note: in order to feel more comfortable addressing mature themes in this story, I have decided to age-up all characters.
The story will still take place between the years 1991-1998. However, all characters will be two years older. Students will start Hogwarts at the age of 13 and finish roughly at 20. Thus, the trio will be 13 and the twins will be 15 in The Sorcerer's stone, and so on and so forth. This means Harry will have been born in 1978 instead of 1980, and his parents were killed in 1979 as opposed to 1981.
