Love so Pure
A guy has never been showed love or attention because he was born a bit dumber than the average. With siblings who excel at everything, he can't help but feel inferior. His parents who can't see him anything more than a burden decides to admit him in a mental hospital.
Life within the four white walls was extremely difficult and agonising till he finally sees the nurse, who goes out of her way to make his stay a bit more bearable.

(In this story, I can imagine an ending scene where the guy finally talks about his loneliness and inferiority to his parents while the nurse just stands there, crying at his words. After that speech he runs into her arms.)
