Dream
After a tiresome day of online classes, I finally lied down on my bed. My eyes threatening to close shut but I tried to resist. I had so many assignments to complete but my urge to fall asleep was way stronger.
So I gave in.
A dream so clear and realistic, that I almost mistook it for the actual reality. As much as I knew, if I was conscious enough to know that I'm in a dream, I should be able to wake up now.
But I didn't.
It's been hours and I'm trying to open my eyes but everytime I try, I only find myself in this same place.
With no escape.
