Game On Idiot [Tsukishima x reader]

"Oni-chan, if you lose this, I'll disown you all." River said in a serious tone. Jasper choked on his water. "I'm sorry what? If you disown me, you'll be stuck in that house forever." Jasper joked and set his water bottle down. "Yeah, Yeah. I know." She set down her pencil and looked up at her brother.

"You got this." She gave him a thumbs up and smiled, more like smirked. Jasper rolled his eyes and jogged onto the court.

His team was all the third year of course. Noya-san was on the first year's team. Coach Ukia blew the whistle and the game began again.

They were halfway through the game when Suga asked for a break to discuss a plan. Jasper got in position and waited for Kageyama to serve the ball. Tsukishima smirked at Jasper from his spot. Jasper rolled his eyes but kept smiling. It was thrilling to play with a team again.

Kageyama served the ball as hard as he could. "I've got it!" Daichi called as he dove for it. The ball went in an awkward direction towards Tanka who just barely managed to bump it perfectly. Suga set the ball and Asahi jumped up to hit it.

Tsukishima was ready.

As soon as Asahi jumped, he was already in the air and blocked the ball. Jasper sprinted forward and dived after the ball. Opening his palm he placed it so his palm was toward the ground and his fingers were pointed in the air. 

"Suga!" 

Immediately, the ball bounced off of jasper's fingers and went in the direction of Suga. He shook off his surprise and set the ball, 

"TANKA!"

Tanka was all fired up. He ran straight for the ball and broke through the first year's barrier by shooting at an incredibly sharp angle. Jasper stood up, "WOAH! That was so cool! How did you do that?!" Jasper could never shoot at sharp angles, they always bit him in the butt during a game.

Tanka got this giddy look on his face, "Oh, it was nothing. Hey wait a minute, before you saved the ball, how did you know it would go to Suga?" He smiled in amazement. Everyone looked at me, "Yeah, yeah! That was so cool! You called where the ball would go, so that means you wanted it to go that way. Even I don't know how to do that on such a desperate save." Noya said from the other side of the net.

Jasper rubbed the back of his head and tried to find the words to explain. "Well, you see-um, eh. RIVER, help me out."

River, who was sitting next to Coach Ukai looked at him with a 'really' look. "Honestly, you think you would memorize the playing style you made up. To shorten the explanation, Jasper pointed his fingers up and angled them where he wanted the ball to go. Like a barrier." She picked up a ball out of the basket and tossed it to Coach Ukai. "Toss it, "She commanded. 

He tossed to her just as she called Jasper's name. She angled her book at him causing the ball to bounce off and head toward him. Jasper set the ball back to her making her spike it at Tsukishima. His eye widened and he ducked, narrowly avoiding it.

River stuck her tongue out at him, "It's basic physics. Learn it and you'll go a long way." She sat down next to Coach Ukai again and opened her Harry Potter book.

"WOAH! You made that move up! You made your own playstyle up?!" Noya silently walked up to Jasper which confused him. "TEACH ME YOUR WAY OH GREAT MASTER HUNTER!" Jasper jumped out of his skin when he bowed. "H-Hey! Stop that!" He smacked Noya on the head gently.

They went back onto the court to play for the last point. It was 24 to 24.

Jasper got in position in the back. "We go this guy! If we don't win, River says she'll disown us all." His team chuckled, loosening the tension between them. Hinata served the ball, it hit the top of the net and rolled onto our side, "GOT IT!" Tanaka dived for it. Jasper saw the split second between when it hit his fingers. He angled his fingers at Jasper, "Hunter!" Jasper smirked and bumped it straight up, "Suga!" Suga smiled and ran over underneath the ball.
