we abruptly stopped near an abandoned building, we only stopped because we lost all the other cars that were after us

"abandon the car, we have to keep moving" i stated opening the car door and stepping out grabbing wonwoo and jerking him awake in the process

he was already healed so it was fine. they stepped out after me and we left the car behind, "how did this happen?" jeonghan asked from my side

"I don't know" i mumbled, my eyebrows deeply furrowed

"should we leave LA already?" jihoon said, seeming a bit disappointed

i sighed

"I don't know"

"who even knew about us?" seungkwan half yelled

"I don't know!"

"well what do we know?" jun shouted

"nothing. we know nothing" i screamed back

"it doesn't matter anymore, our number one priority is to keep her safe. that's it. it doesn't matter if they know about us, because we will annihilated them!" i snapped at them

they all became visibly tense at my outburst, i'm not the type to get mad quickly. i was usually cool headed and calm. this is unlike me

"i'm gonna find a bar" i stated and started walking in any direction i wanted, they just stood there behind me

"aren't you coming?" my tone was angry, but they knew i was just tense

they started walking in a random direction towards a more concentrated place, where there are more people. it's LA there are people everywhere

they eventually did reach a bar and entered. gathering the attention of everyone there, with their beautiful faces and height. but what drew more attention is that they looked like a mess, with dirt in their face and their hair a mess

wonwoo was the first one to go to the bar and ask for some whiskey on the rocks, with chan following after him

they were pissed off

the people who ambushed them were a very powerful mafia group, that has been around for a long time, longer than they had been assassins. they held a grudge against seventeen because of what happened to the boss's brother on one of their missions
