After Ouija, the two women decided that the throne room was the best place to start 'giving out forgiveness' to those who asked for it. The next day Amethyst sat on the throne on the left, Bèatre sat on the one on the right leaving the throne in the center empty. They sat there and waited, only a few people came forward at first but when word got around that names were being given more people started to show up. Some were punished but it was nothing severe they got a lower status than the former Micralanzan soldiers and had to work hard to pay their debt to society. All names were recorded because forgiving doesn't say you have to forget, it just means you won't be judged by that mistake. This continued until nightfall.
"I never thought I would see the day Amethyst Nãilan becomes weak." Amethyst knew that voice, it was the voice of the boy she grew up with, her long time rival and brother Jeriah Nãilan "Jeriah?" He smiled coldly "Tis I sister the one and only king of Micralanza. How do you do?" He did a dramatic bow "Sister? Áxios do you know this man or has he gone mad?" Bèatre was probably not thinking straight but Amethyst was and she did not like the idea of her biological and adoptive siblings meeting. Especially not the part when Jeriah turned to Bèatre and said "And you my dear must be Bèatre it is indeed a pleasure to meet my sister by law. " Bèatre turned to Amethyst quickly "Your a married woman?" Amethyst forgot about what was happening around her and began laughing like crazy "No not at all, are you insane? No. " Amethyst didn't know why but Jeriah seemed upset for a little while and he then said "Well if you must know I am now king of Micralanza and Trithia." Beatrés and Amethyst's emotions became one when they realized what he was talking about.
He had a certain glow in his eyes when he continued speaking "Isn't that right love." If Amethyst had her way she would have fainted when she saw who he turned to, but no one took it as hard as Bèatre "Wéverly, what is the meaning of this why are you with him and what is happening?" She looked heart broken and Wéverly's answer didn't make things better
"How dumb are you! Jeriah and I eloped and now we are here to join the kingdoms and I really thought I got rid of you Áxios but there is no time like the present." With that a burst of energy came hurling towards Amethyst but seconds before impact she dived out of the way and one of the thrones behind her crumbled to pieces. Her exact thought when she saw how close she was to dying was 'well I'll be'. After that burst of energy Bèatre said "Wait before we start this let us straighten things out so we can know why we are fighting." Wéverly yelled "You're the only one who doesn't know what is wrong!!!"
Amethyst held up her hand "I also don't know why I am on your list of siblings to kill." Wéverly was fed up but she listened and started her villain monologue. Until this day no one knows whether or not Amethyst intended to annoy Wéverly when she asked "Would anyone want something like tea or... " or why after Jeriah looked at her in disbelief he answered " What type of ..." Wéverly yelled
"Quiet!! Let me tell you the story of a little girl who was deprived of her childhood because her parents could not mourn the loss of their daughter." Everyone fell silent and Bèatre rolled her eyes but Wéverly was so caught up in her memories she only continued
"You see I was trapped in a castle for most my life and compared to my sister who everyone believed was so brilliant. I found solitude in the warm embrace of a young man from Micralanza. Everyday I would send my only friend Si'Reya to check up on the imbecile for me." she explained how her mother found out about this in her one and one session with her and she put a stop to it.
"Mother found an old machine that was created just before Saburau Josei found this land and being the brilliant person she was, instead of getting rid of my memories she gave them to someone else and who better to give than the girl I sent to go see him. From that day on I vowed to get my revenge."
At that point Beatré didn't care about being clueless anymore and Wéverlys story bored Amethyst . "So I guess you orchestrated the assassination. I don't know where I fit in but I am a bit bored so do hurry along." Wéverly was furious to say the least but at this point she seemed spoilt and Amethyst was more annoyed than bored Bèatre spoke up
"The traitors in the battle... it was all you. The thing with Muhzil was also you." Wéverly smiled "Now you get it the battle was to find a powerful artifact, the assassination was to get back at mother and the failed attempt of murdering you was an early wedding gift for my husband."
Jeriah looked at Amethyst in a way that made her feel like she handled things terribly "I finally figured out why you were nice to me. You killed her didn't you!?" Amethyst figured it's best to answer what you can instead of what can fuel rage
"I meant what I said and I said it because it was my last chance to say it." Amethyst figured lying was out of the picture
"YOU KILLED OUR SISTER AND MOURNED THE LOSS WITH ME! You watched me plan to investigate her murder when all you could have done was.."
"WAS WHAT? HAND MYSELF OVER? WAS I SUPPOSED TO LEAVE YOU TO MOURN HER ALL ALONE. WOULD YOU HAVE MADE IT?"
"IVE KNOWN THIS FOR A WHILE BUT DONT YOU SEE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOU!!"
"KILLING SHANTOYA WAS A DO OR DIE MOMENT! you of all the people know that she can not keep a secret you've suffered a great deal because of her. The probability of her greatly hindering my progress, the only progress I have made in years, was greater than the probability of Shantoya aiding and abetting a fugitive."
"Is that your excuse, what about what you did to mother? Heavenly Noches you couldn't even feel remorse if you tried."
"DON'T YOU DARE USE MY FLAWS AGAINST ME! My excuse is that I was being lied to by your false gods, your elders were hunting me and I was running out of time, time that our sister would have taken if she had been left to live. I overreacted? maybe but will we find out what could have been? yes!!"
He looked at her like she was crazy and he was not alone. Bèatre looked concerned but Amethyst simply ignored them and took off the covering off her tattoo. She bent the light to show them what could have been and what happened with Shantoya. In all the possibilities either Amethyst died and Micralanza would have fallen later on or Amethyst survived and they survived a little longer.
"How do we know this is real and not just some elaborate scheme to make us change our minds?" Jeriah was contemplating on whether or not continuing what they started made any sense so Amethyst tried to give a little push
"You don't. I would not have a problem with you changing your mind and quite frankly I think you all went through too much trouble for this."
"OUR PLAN IS BRILLIANT!!" Wéverly really needed to stop yelling Amethyst was annoyed
" You didn't have to elope because we had no care for your love life and you sure as hell could have done things differently but alas you, a daughter of peace chose war."
"Such poetry" Bèatre spoke for the first time in a while but Wéverly did not appreciate it
"We didn't come here to chat I want all of your land and you will have nothing left!!" Wéverly moved and so did everyone else they were all ready to pounce.
"Jeriah, brother you may be king of the land of war but you are no king of the Trithian Clan do not get involved in this unnecessary squabble." Amethyst tried reaching out to him but he made no attempt to step into the light
"I am already king of this land Amethyst but I will give you time to process this." Wéverly was not pleased with this but she agreed to it
"Brother you are king of the east by marriage you literally have no power over us, this is a declaration of war against your own family." His face turned stony cold he never liked being told what he could or could not do but he had to hear it out loud.
"Very well Amethyst Nãilan or be it Áxios Ferox and Bèatre Ferox if it is war you want it is war you shall have."
