"Any reports so far on Dazzling Hawk?"
Goldwath turned his head upon hearing Hawkgirl approaching him. It had been hours now that Goldwath was slaving away and trying to gather at every bit of information about Dazzling Hawk, and what he had been doing ever since living out his exile on Earth. It was now upon gazing at Hawkgirl did the Thanagarian feel how much his eyes were burning. He blinked rapidly and turned back to the screen.
"I'm slowly getting a pinpoint on his hideout..." Goldwath reported with a listless voice. "From tracking missions I've been doing, I managed to point to a rundown junkyard that's been abandoned for who knows how long. I have seen Candycane and Silverclaw hop over the fence and disappear amongst the rubble, so I couldn't follow." He paused to briefly yawn. "But what I could gather is there must be a building of some kind inside the junk that they're heading to; it's just very well hidden."
"So you're suggesting that this junkyard-" Hawkgirl pointed to it on the map displayed in front of them. "-is where Dazzling Hawk and the Zealot Rebels reside?"
Goldwath nodded. "Should we do another--"
The alarm was sounded. More trouble, Goldwath suspected.
"Shall we go then?" Goldwath asked as they made their way to the Javelin.
Hawkgirl gripped her mace tightly. "Let's do this!"

"Are you doing better now, Lazuli?"
The princess didn't realize how long she had been ranting to her friends. The trio were swimming free range in the ocean as a way for her to leave the city and get some fresh air. It was a calm day; the sunlight shone brightly, the ocean was tame and warm. It was perfect for Lazuli to take her mind off of her Father. She didn't realize how tense she really was until she was out in the ocean. It managed to calm her down.
Lazuli looked to her two friends and smiled. "I am, thanks Zako and Oraca," she said warmly. "I can't thank you guys enough for being there for me."
Oraca, Lazuli's gal pal, beamed with a huge smile. "Hey, anytime!!" she said. She hugged Lazuli tightly. "I'm always down to stretch my tail out in the ocean with you and Zako! It gets boring to stay in the city with all four legs."
"We're always here for you, Princess Lazuli," Zako said in a monotone voice, his cheeks brightly flushed.
"No need to refer to me as princess, Zako." Lazuli waved a paw in dismissal. "Just call me Lazuli."
Zako nodded. "Ok."
Oraca bumped the two of them with her shoulder. "Well let's not mope around any longer and dwell on the problem. Let's race to see who can get to the Southern border the fastest! Last one there is a rotten clam!!" She dashed forward without warning. Zako blinked before his eyes widened in realization.
