- Michael's POV -

I've never been treated as anything but that one cool kid with the odd hair. And now, I'm just known as that gay kid.

I didn't care one bit. I had what I wanted, Luke, and I didn't care about anyone else but him.

I had been staying at Luke's for a week now. Mum didn't care much. She'd call everyday after school hoping that I was coming home, but of course I wanted to stay another day with Luke.

His mum and dad would be home Monday, but I don't want this to end.

I'm too happy. It can't end. Not yet.

"You alright, babe?" A look of true concern was on Luke's face.

"Yes, of course."

I grabbed his hand tighter and he reassuringly squeezed mine back. It was 2:25 p.m.

Time for seventh hour. One more hour and it's the weekend. And you get to spend it with Luke. The thought of spending a whole 48 hours with Luke made me so happy I couldn't even bear it.

Luke and I sat in the back alone. As always. We both enjoyed it back there. Quiet. And no one there to gudge us. No one at all.

We held hands under the table. I picked up both of our hands and confidently placed them onto the top of the table. Luke struggled to get our hands back under the table. He looked flushed.

"What are you doing?" I chuckled. "He doesn't care. Britt and Connor make out in the corner all of the time. I think holding hands is okay, baby."

I kissed his forehead and he eased up a bit.

The bell rang.

Thank God.

I can finally spend time with my wonderful boyfriend.
