Daehyun watched as Sohyun was busy doing the interview. She had been smiling and cheerful throughout the day. He walked out from the building. He walked through the pavement and glanced at the shops around him. His steps stopped. He looked up.
"It's our studio"
He was standing in front of a building with modern design.
"At this time of the day, Junhong is at school. Wonder if anyone here. Should I go in or not?" *It's our place. Why would I be scared to enter?*
Daehyun decided to enter the building. He walked through the hallway. He stopped in front of the elevator. "Wait why am I taking the elevator? I can just teleport there" he slapped himself. "Yah, this rascal"
He turned to the other side and he was already in front of their recording room. It was dead silent inside. *I remember we record our songs here for Baby* he smiled. "Will I ever get to record another song here?" he sighed. Daehyun walked ahead and he arrived at the rooftop garden. He looked around. "Youngjae usually hang out here" he stopped as his view landed on a male laying on the bench there with a paper lifted to the sky.
Daehyun approached Youngjae with a smile.
"What you doing?" he asked though he knew Youngjae wasn't listening. Youngjae turned to the other side. His other hand was holding a pencil. On the paper was scribble of words. He scratched his head in frustration.
"New song?" Daehyun asked. Youngjae suddenly stood and spread out his arm. "Oh idea! I command you to come to me now!"
Daehyun laughed so hard that he rolled on the ground. "Yah, Yoo Youngjae! I never know you do that to get idea! Is it even working?"
Youngjae sighed and sat again. For the thousands times, he stared at the paper. "What word rhyme with this?"
Daehyun joined to sit with him. He tried to think too. "Wind" he said. "Yea! That's it! Youngjae, it's wind!" Youngjae didn't hear. "Yah, Youngjae! Wind!" Daehyun once again snarled but Youngjae didn't reply.
"Wind, Youngjae" Daehyun blew Youngjae on his ear. "Aish" Youngjae brushed his ear as he felt some tingling on his ear. Daehyun shocked. "You can feel that? Daebak!"
Daehyun tried again. This time, he blew the paper so hard it flew off Youngjae's grip. "What the" Youngjae stood and took the paper again. "That's weird. There's no wind" he looked around. The trees were static. "Wait. Wind" he looked down to the lyrics again. "Wind!" he bent down on the floor and wrote the word. "Now you hear me" Daehyun smiled proudly. Both Youngjae and Daehyun read the lyrics again. "Perfect!" Daehyun and Youngjae cheered in sync.
"But what was that?" Youngjae voiced to himself. He looked around to confirm that he was alone. "That's scary. I should go now" Youngjae rushed to the door. "Yah, Youngjae wait! It's me!" Daehyun ran after him but stopped when Youngjae closed the door. His shoulder fell. He smiled but it was a sad smile. "He can't see me...I forgot about it"
Sohyun got out from the building. She sipped on the mineral water in her grip as she looked around. "Just where did this cat guy go?" Her eyes landed on the café. "Man, I'm hungry. Luckily that's the last interview for today. And it's already past lunch hour" she sighed. Sohyun looked around again. "Where is Daehyun?"
She recalled their conversation last night before she went to bed.
-Flashback-
"Can you help tell your omma that your appa is sorry and love her? Tell Doojoon hyung that your appa love him too" Daehyun voiced. "Wait. Why are you telling me these?" Sohyun turned to him who was laying on the carpeted floor. "Did you meet appa?"
