Chapter 23

                The doctor exited the room with the B.A.P members watched him. The door was closed. They turned to the bed with a smile.

"You finally woke up" Himchan voiced. "It had been a while" Yongguk voiced.

The person with light coloured hair on the bed smiled. "It had been a while, you guys" Daehyun voiced. His eyes widened as the members hugged him. "I see I made everyone worried of me"

"You kidding, hyung?" Junhong voiced between his sobs. "Of course. All of us worried sick of you" Jongup said.

They broke the hug.

"All of my loved one is here" Daehyun looked at each of their faces one by one. He was grateful.

"Let me inform your family" Yongguk took out his phone and moved away from them. "Talk about loved one" Junhong smirked. "One person is on her way here"

"Really? Who is it?" Daehyun asked and looked around. "Did I missed anyone?"

The rest of them paused. They exchanged eye contacts before turned to Daehyun again.

"No way he doesn't notice her absent here" Junhong voiced.

"Yah" Daehyun chuckled with his brow crinkled in confusion. "Who are you talking about?"

"Sohyun" Youngjae voiced. Daehyun tilted his head. "Sorry?"

"Yoon Sohyun, my sunbae at school" Junhong said. "Nae?" "The national archery athlete" Jongup replied. "Well, that before she had to quit"

"I really don't know what you are talking about" Daehyun chuckled. "Who is this person all you guys know except me?"

Yongguk joined them with his mouth agape. "Did I just hear him wrong?"

Daehyun still looked at their shocked faces, completely puzzled.

A set of footsteps came running down the hallway. The members turned to the door as the door was opened. Sohyun stood there with a wide smile on her face. She saw him. Daehyun in his physical self. Daehyun stared at her with a blank expression. Junhong stood and rushed to her. "Sunbae"

"Youngjae" Daehyun waved Youngjae over to him who was standing near his bed. "What is it?" Youngjae bent to him. "Who's that?" Daehyun's voice can be heard by all of them in the room, including Sohyun. Her heart sank. Her mind went blank for a while.

"Follow me, sunbae. Let me explain" Junhong held her sleeves to pull Sohyun away. But Sohyun wouldn't budge. "Yah, Daehyun" she forced a chuckle. "Your joke is getting worse every day"

"Do I know her?" Daehyun whispered to Youngjae. Youngjae eyes went to Sohyun. Her eyes were sparkling with tears started to blur her vision.

Yongguk stood in front of Sohyun. She couldn't lift her head anymore. His body managed to cover her small being from Daehyun's view. Yongguk held onto her shoulder. "Let's talk outside, Sohyun" She nodded. Yongguk held onto her shoulder and they walked out from the room.

"Ah" Daehyun punched his hand as he just realise. "She's Yongguk's girlfriend"

Youngjae face-palmed himself. Instead, the others did the same.

Sohyun sat on the stair. Yongguk stared at her and sighed. "I don't know how to say this"

"What did the doctor said?" she asked. Tears rolled down her cheeks. She cried in silence.
