Sohyun was watering the plants at the yard on the evening. She glanced at Daehyun who was laying on the wall. She smiled. "All of this reminds me of the day Jerry last visit" her smiles turned melancholic. Daehyun turned to her. "I know you miss him" "A lot" she moved to another plant.

Daehyun's eyes landed on the roof. He recalled meeting Sohyun's father the other day. "Sohyun, I forgot to tell you. Someone congratulate you for the match the other day"

"Woah. Thanks. Who is it?" "Your appa"

She paused. Sohyun turned to him. "So you really did meet appa after all?" Daehyun hoped off the wall and told her what had happened.

"You mean" tears rolled down her cheeks. "Appa had been around watching us?"

He nodded.

"Woah" she chuckled and wiped her tears. "It's amazing that appa had been around. He must had seen me in mess most of the time"

"But he's proud of you" "Yea I know. He used to tell me that. Hey" she turned to him. "Does that mean he know you stay in my room?" she gasped. Daehyun laughed at her panic expression. "Yah, tell me!" she pouted. "Of course he knows. He watches us together all along" "Oh my gosh!"

"Your face!" he continued to laugh at her expression. "Don't laugh at me" Sohyun pouted and covered her face with her hand. "This is so embarrassing!"

"I expect a good scolding from him but luckily he's okay with it" he laughed. "You don't know how nervous I am at that time!"

"Appa able to make you nervous! Amazing" she clapped her hand. "He should have given you some scolding"

"Yah, you really like me get into trouble right?" he glared at her. "Nae" she stuck out her tongue and ran away. He ran for her. But a few lap, Daehyun stopped. Sohyun doubled over in exhaustion.

"Having fun exercise?" he teased her with an evil grin. "Yah" she shot him a glare. "I know you don't feel tired"

Daehyun laughed at her but she ignored him and continued to water the plant. "Stop disturbing me. I need to finish this chore before omma get home"

Daehyun glanced at the empty house. Only him and Sohyun were home again.

"Daehyun" she called. He turned to her. "You said appa is not around to watch us anymore right?" "Yea" "So he's really gone?" she smiled a sad smile. "It's great then. He must be happy with us. Now, he can rest all he wants"

Daehyun nodded with a small smile.

"Now I let one of my loved one go" she turned the tap off and tidied the hose. "How does it feel?" he asked. "Well...I feel good? Since they need to be somewhere else than beside me" she smiled.

"Let's go in, Daehyun. It's getting late" Sohyun walked towards the sliding door. "What if" his voice made she stopped. "I disappear?"

Sohyun's eyes widened. She turned to him behind her. Daehyun looked away. "What if I can go too, like your appa?" "That's absurd. Appa left because he's happy now" "And I'm happy now" "No way. You're not around your family or your members. And you even didn't find the driver yet. How can-" "But you are here"

Sohyun surprised with his words.

"You are here with me. And I'm already happy" he continued. She couldn't react to him. Her cheeks grew red. Daehyun approached her. He wrapped his arms around her. "Thank you, Sohyun"

Sohyun blinked tears. She imagined her days without Daehyun around. "Yah, don't you dare disappear now" He chuckled at her. "Of course. I promise I won't" he let go off her. They met eyes. She smiled coyly and turned to the house again. Daehyun turned to the wall. He held his red cheeks. "Yah, Jung Daehyun don't you smile too wide"

He stood again. "Yea let's just go in" A sound of car door being closed made him turned to his side. But there was no car at the parking space. "I thought Doojoon hyung or omma is home. Maybe someone park outside"

Daehyun jolted as a figure landed on the house yard beside him. "What the-" He swore. Daehyun gasped as he discovered it was the man from the hospital as he recognised his eyes. The man turned to the front and Daehyun followed his gaze. Paranoid took control of him.

"Sohyun-ah!" he snarled. Sohyun turned to him but it was too late. The man already covered her mouth with a cloth. She struggled to free herself from his grip but her eyes grew heavier. Sohyun fell into his arms unconscious.

"Sohyun-ah, wake up!" Daehyun ran for her. The man held her on his shoulder as he ran through Daehyun and to the gate. He unlocked the gate and ran out. "Yah, let her go, you jerk!" Daehyun went for him. The man put Sohyun at the back seat. Daehyun stood in front of the car. His eyes widened. The image of the car that hit him came into his mind. "It's this car!"

The car started to move and drove through him. Daehyun ran for it but he stopped. "No I can't. Doojoon hyung need to know about this. I need to tell him!"
