Chapter 25

                They stepped out the elevator.

"But Sohyun" Youngjae called. She turned to him. "When you talk to Daehyun, just be strong. Lately he had been...how do I put this? Maybe because we tried to make him remember multiple times that he sometimes grew annoyed of us mentioning your name"

Sohyun mustered a smile. "I'll try to be strong"

"This way" Youngjae opened the door to reveal the studio. The other members looked up to the door. "Hi" Sohyun waved at them. "Sunbae!" the members came and greeted her. Except Daehyun who sat on the sofa, completely immersed in the lyrics sheet in his grip. Sohyun paused as she saw him. Her eyes sadden and the members followed her eyes. They figured out the situation.

"Woah, what's that?" Jongup tried to change the focus to the box in Youngjae's grip. "Ah this" Youngjae put the box on the table. "I made some cheese cake for all of you" Sohyun replied. "Woah really?!" Jongup quickly opened the box to reveal the delicious looking cheese cake. They cheered as they received free food. Sohyun caught Daehyun stared at the cheese cake. *He really love cheese cake*

"Looks delicious!" Himchan voiced. "Go on try. I'm not trying to boast but I bet you'll want more the moment you try it" she helped put out the plates that she had brought.

"Come, Daehyun. Try some" Yongguk waved him over. Daehyun stared at the cake for a moment. And everyone stared at him in nervous. "Alright" he stood and joined them.

Sohyun gave a plate with cheese cake to him. She watched as he took the first bite.

"Woah! This is superb!" Junhong exclaimed. "I really need this recipe" Himchan voiced. "Sure I can give you" she smiled. She turned to Daehyun again. Their eyes met. He lifted his thumb to her. "It's delicious!"

Her eyes widened. All of them smiled at Daehyun who finally spoke to Sohyun. After ate, Sohyun watched them getting ready to record the new song. Daehyun went to Yongguk. "Is it okay for her to be here, hyung?"

"Who?" Yongguk followed his eyes to Sohyun. "Your girlfriend" Daehyun said. "I told you many times. That is not my girlfriend" "Then who is she?"

Sohyun heard Daehyun and turned to them.

"Come on, hyung" Junhong voiced. His hand busy setting up the keyboard. "Sohyun sunbae even made your favourite cheese cake"

"So that is Sohyun that all of you been telling me to remember?" Daehyun asked. "Yup" Junhong stood straight again. "Alright we're all ready"

"No. Wait" Daehyun walked away from his mic stand. He approached Sohyun. And so did others.

Sohyun looked up to him. She sensed his feeling. And she didn't like the situation. His eyes were narrowed to her.

"I don't want to be rude, Sohyun-ssi" he began. "But can you get out"

Her eyes widened in shock.

"Yah, Jung Daehyun!" Himchan called but Daehyun ignored him.

"The members had been telling me to remember this person named 'Sohyun'. So it's you" Daehyun smirked. "Since I meet you, let me tell you what I have in my mind. It's annoying! Having people tell me to remember someone that I totally didn't recognise. Are you that important to me for me to remember you?!"

"Stop it, Daehyun!" Youngjae grabbed his shoulder. Daehyun sighed and looked away. He pushed his hand off him.

Sohyun couldn't lifted her head.

"Sunbae" Junhong called. "I guess I'll see all of you later. Good luck for your comeback" she grabbed her bag and ran out the room. Junhong went for her.

The rest turned to Daehyun who walked towards the sofa.

"Did you realise what you just done?!" Himchan said. "So it's my fault?" Daehyun snorted. "I don't even know her yet all of you defending her like she's someone important to all of us"

"No" Yongguk stepped forward. "Sohyun is important. To us. To you, especially"

Daehyun stood. "I can't stand this!" he stormed out from the room.

The members watched him walked out the room.
