Outcome of the Battles [PART 2]

While all this was happening, Vasyl and Bonnie were battling Team Rocket in the streets of Lumiose. They saw Officer Jenny overseeing the evacuation of residents, while they were defending the evacuees and the streets by defeating Team Rocket grunts.

"Golbat, Acrobatics!" one of the grunts shouted. Another grunt was standing next to him, and she shouted a command as well to her Pokemon: "Rhydon, use Stone Edge!" On the other side, Bonnie and Vasyl were standing along with their Pokemon. 

"Stay back. I'm going to fight those two. You can deal with the grunt with the Hypno over there, Bonnie," Vasyl said while battling the grunts. 

"Alright!" Bonnie replied. She ran to the opposite side with her Dusknoir and Dedenne, while Vasyl's Spiritomb ejected a Dark Pulse and struck both Golbat and Rhydon, damaging them severely. She looked at it with wide glowing eyes showing a feeling of awe.

"Bonnie? What are you doing?!" Vasyl coldly asked in a slightly threatening voice. 

"Uhh..." Bonnie stuttered.

"Go back to battling that grunt over there!" he ordered.

She faced the grunt again, along with Dedenne and Dusknoir. Bonnie felt wrath against Team Rocket who ruined her hometown, and fear that they could inflict more damage. "Dedenne, Nuzzle that Hypno! Dusknoir, use Dynamic Punch!" she commanded.

They both struck Hypno at the same time, fainting him in one hit. When he was attacked, he felt a shock rumbling his veins and skin from the left side, while also feeling pain in different areas of the right side of the body. When he fainted, the Team Rocket grunt returned his Hypno to the Pokeball and tried to run away.

"Wait there!" Bonnie shouted. She chased him, but he outran her. Vasyl heard Bonnie's voice as well as the sound of the shoes of the fleeing grunt, and he decided to chase him. He was as fast as hurricane winds, and he looked similar to a jaguar chasing its prey.

The grunt ran straight, until he turned left next to a cafe. Vasyl chased him into an alley with a dead end. The grunt realized there was no escape left for him, and raised both of his hands in the air, signifying his surrender. Vasyl walked up to him, who had a sweaty forehead due to his fright.

"Oh, don't worry. I won't do anything to you..." Vasyl said menacingly. "I won't kill you or anything. NOW HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACKS OR ELSE DEFIANCE WILL BE THE LAST THING YOU DO!"

He complied timidly, and Vasyl pulled him away from the wall and tied up his hand using a rope. He was pulled by Vasyl by his shirt, and he showed humiliation in his face when people who remained in the area saw him.

"Here you go," Vasyl said as he threw the grunt to Officer Jenny. 

"Alright Vasyl, thanks for helping us out!" she thanked him while saluting.

"You're welcome. I'm gonna go now!" Vasyl said as he saw another cloud of smoke rising, and he assumed it to be another grunt landing on the street. Bonnie followed him while she waved at the officers.

Once they reached the origin of the smoke, they saw several members of Team Rocket coming out from a small spaceship dressed in all black. Some parts of their body were plated in armor. They marched in a straight line towards Vasyl in tight and close ranks, similar to soldiers in a parade.

"Ah, what's up with them?" Vasyl said mockingly. "The Great War has ended 20 years ago. What are you amateur reenactors doing here?"

"Oh, you're mocking us huh?" one of the members said threateningly. He threw a Pokeball, and from it a Crobat came out. The Crobat was covered with armor and enhancing gear in his body. "Crobat, use Brave Bird on that Aromatisse accompanying this bastard!" he shouted.
