Starting to get to the pointy end of the story now guys so I hope you like it! Opinions and Ideas are always welcome.  💖

I walked to stable practicing what I was going to say. I had never felt so sad and lonely but I knew this was a task that only I could do.
"I went with the fellowship to take the ring but they were always one step ahead of me." I mumbled lamely. "The ring is coming to you." I knew If I wasn't careful I could sell out Frodo and Sam's location not that I really knew where it was. Tao stood in his stall prancing joyfully when he saw me. I hadn't said goodbye to Gandalf and Pippen as they were going to travel with me until they crossed the river into Gondor and I went to the black gate. Someone laid a hand on my shoulder and I turned around.
"Don't go." Legolas said his voice croaky.
"I have to, I'll see you at the end of all things though," I said wanting it to be true. "Stay with Aragorn and the riders and I will see you soon." I turned away and mounted on Tao's broad back. "Goodbye Mellon" I cantered out of the stall past the elf, past the remaining fellowship and joining up with Gandalf and Pippen. I didn't have the courage to look back.

We galloped for hours, the only noise was the sound of the horses hooves hitting the hard ground. It had been early morning when we left and now the sun was high in the sky. I had been thinking about everything I was about to do and even if I managed to succeed, how many innocent lives would I take anyway. We entered a forest and even though the path was wide enough, we had to slow down to a trot to bend around the trees.
"Gandalf, if I succeed or if I don't I want you to know that I tried my hardest. Also if I am talking about plans to kill you, don't take it personally."
"My dear Elinor, you are the most deserving elleth in Middle Earth. No one can doubt you." I smiled at the compliment and tried to savour it. Where I was going I would probably be severely punished for being with the enemy for so long but still not getting the ring. We were passed the forest and were now galloping again. There were no more words spoken until I saw the river up ahead. I pulled Tao to a stop and Shadowfax did the same. I inhaled trying to relieve the adrenaline coursing through my vein, Gandalf and Pippen looked at me both with anxious glances.
"Come with us." Pippen said.
There was a silence until Gandalf took out a package out of his pocket and gave it to me. I tore of the packaging and looked at the black, cold, steel ring sitting in the paper. It was my ring of power. I slipped it on my finger I felt the sensation of the darkness coursing through my veins mixing with adrenaline.
"The final disguise." I said.
"Yes. You are a ring bearer but with that comes power. You are half god, half powerful elf and wielder of one of the great rings. Do not forget."

"No. I must go now." I nodded a look of farewell towards them and rode along the river the black gate looming closer and closer and my heart beating faster and faster.

Sorry Guys, just a filler. School went back today and it wasn't short of exhausting. Still, though thank me for a update on a TUESDAY!
