After we started driving I texted Khol and told him to stop at the upcoming gas station. We pulled in and he parked at the pump in front of the one I parked at. I went inside grabbed some Takis a peace tea and a monster. While I was paying for gas I decided to compel the cashier to give me some cigarettes. After that I went outside to pump the gas. And lit a cigarette. Khol stared at me in disbelief.
"The girl who was once completely against smoking is lighting it up." I shrugged at him."It's better than resulting to something more painful. It doesn't matter anyways. It can't hurt me now." I got in the drivers seat with tears in my eyes. And to my surprise Khol got in the passenger seat.
"What's going on with you?" He asked.
"I just don't care anymore."
"That's why your crying right?"
"Shut up and let's get going." I replied. He got out and got in his truck. And off we went. We were driving for 6 hours before we stopped again. This time we stopped for the last time. At an old Victorian house. Khol got out and opened my door for me.
"Home sweet home darling."
He brought me back to the place that killed me. That made me want to die even more. Wow.
Maybe I do still care. Oh well.
We got out and greeted the humans at the door. We killed them all and claimed the house. Me and Khol spent a lot of time in this house. Dancing laughing playing and ya know. Now we can make... New memories.
"Remember this place?" Khol said.
"Yes. All too well." I was smiling to myself. All the furniture was the same.
I turned around and Khol had a stake at hand.
"Khol?" I asked.
