Khols pov.

"Here." The doctor said handing Autumn a jar with her cancer in it. "Give it to someone and have them eat it and it should protect them from the evils in this world." Who would she want to give that to? Oh right. Danny. Duh.
I'm so in love with her it's not even funny. She walked out of my life last time and this time that's not going to happen again. She told Danny she still had feelings for me but I doubt that.
"Shelby." She muttered.
"Who's Shelby?" I asked. We started to walk out of the hospital. She grabbed my keys from my pocket and began running towards my truck. At first I was shocked. She was already in the truck and starting in when I jumped in.
"So where are we going?" I asked.
"Shelby's. Where else?" She replied. She really wares me out! She began driving very fast. And soon we were pulling into someone's drive way.
"Wait here." She said. Of course. She never takes me anywhere!

It's been a while since I've seen her and I'm pretty sure she still has clinical depression. And now as a vampire she'll be able to hide it better.
The person who wanted nothing more than to die now has eternal life and a body that will heal immediately after anything. I'm worried about her is all.
She came back outside with a girl by her side. She was blonde, short, and wearing skinny jeans, converse, and a band T-shirt. And she was beautiful. I was assuming this was Shelby. Autumn gestures for me to come out of the car and I do as told. She looks at me.
"Shelby this is Khol. Khol this is Shelby." I step up to shake her hand.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Miss. Shelby." She seemed as though she didn't know how to respond.
"The pleasure is all mine." You could tell the words didn't sound right coming from her so I smiled at her and she returned the smile. Autumn then turned to her attention back to Shelby.
"Anyways this is goodbye Shelby. I'll miss you most of all. I'll come by and visit when I'm around. Okay?"
"Okay. Thanks for everything. I love you!"
"I love you too!! Bye!" Autumn then jumped in the truck and I nodded to Shelby and got in the drivers seat. I started the truck and we began leaving. Autumn started waving to her. There were tears in her eyes. After we left she put her whole body in the car and broke down crying. She rested her head on my lap and began to cry herself to sleep.
A vampire crying herself to sleep over a human. That didn't seem right.
