Sorry this took longer than usual! I've just been busy! (>^-^)>

After Don and Gilda walked off to make dinner, Ray, Emma, Norman, and I stayed behind. We all gathered around the bed, looking at each other.

"So..." Norman began. His bright blue eyes were piercing and focused. We were all very determined. We had to be. If we didn't give our all in this plan, then we might not have escaped.

"The next thing that we look at is..." Emma continued. Then we all put a finger up, drawn towards the center of the circle.

"Outside." We said in synchronization. We put our hands back down, Ray putting it in his pocket.

"We already got lots of stuff done on the inside," Ray commented. I nodded in agreement.

"Training's going well," Norman added. I nodded again, crossing my arms.

"Yeah, the kids are getting better every day," I said. It's true. The kids were getting better at athletics and strategy. Tag really helped them. I know, because I've been watching them from the treetops whenever I have the time.

"And the trackers can be broken, which leaves..."

"Exploring the outside and finding a strategy to outsmart the adults," I finished Ray's statement.

"Exactly. And once that's done...we can clear the wall for sure," he stated. This gave us hope. We're actually close to escaping. It's incredible. We can finally leave this messed up life, and be free.

"Next is checking out the escape route," Emma said. Her lime-green eyes were serious, unlike usual. Her eyes are usually very carefree. I have a talent for reading people's moods based on their eyes.

"The escape we've planned out consists of three steps." Norman started walking to his left. "One, we ascend the wall. Two, we safely get as far away as we can. Three, we learn how to survive and become self-reliant." Norman paused in his step, staring out the window in the bedroom.

"We have everything we need to pass the first step. As for the second...the outside is key. When we leave, we should run as far as we can. So let's examine and prepare," Norman said. He was still staring out the window, probably planning in his head. He was some sort of mastermind. It was a bit scary how smart he was.

"We need info about the area outside," Ray said from his spot on the edge of a bed. I sat in the middle of the bed, legs crisscrossed. I fiddled with the laces of my knee-high boots, randomly tying the top laces.

Emma's eyes lit up. She raised her hand in excitement. "Oh, when I climbed up a tree, I saw a big forest!" She said. I nodded my head. Emma and I had the same helpful ability of tree-climbing.

"Okay, but we've gotta confirm stuff like that." Ray pointed out. He has a point. I nodded my head, setting a plan.

"We can check it out tomorrow," I suggested. They all nodded their heads. Tomorrow was going to be a busy day.

"Oh, yeah! There was one more thing I wanted to mention." Emma said excitedly. "I have someone I want you to meet."

I quirked my eyebrow, confused. What does that mean? There can't possibly be someone else in this house.

Emma led us to the library, where she climbed up a ladder. I was still confused. Who could she want us to meet?

"The person I wanna introduce is...right here." The orange-haired girl showed us the inside cover of a book, pointing to a sticker. My eyes softened. I'd seen the sticker before. Ray had shown me all the books with them. We decoded them together. I shared a look with Ray.
