Madhu : Maine kushal ko tera passport de diya tha, usne teri ticket confirm kardi hai, vo airport pr hum dono ka wait kar rha hai…

Sana : hum dono ka?
She asked with a confused face, her eyes were still glistening with tears….

Madhu : shehnaaz my dear, do you thinks that I will let you go alone in this situation? Tu mere liye dosti kahi jyada upar hai, so am going with you….

Sana nodded her head, tears found their way to her cheeks, she hugged madhu's tummy and started sobbing like a baby but didn't utter a single word…. Madhu tried her best to comfort her….
They reached airport and saw kushal there holding a bag in his hand, vikas was also standing there with a bag in his hand, the scene was enough to tell sana that she had her besties with her and she's not alone, but her eyes searched for the one person whom she's now expecting to be present here with her but didn't found him….

After all the formalities they reached Delhi and without wasting time directly went to hospital where her nanu had been admitted…

They reached the floor on which her nanu had been taken for operation…. Sana ran towards the old figure of her nani and hugged her tightly…. Both grand daughter and grandmother cried holding each other….

Sana : kya hua hai nanu ko?
Nani : heart attack 😭😭😭😭
Sana : but… But aise kaise? I… I mean nanu to hamesha positive rehte the, hum dono ko bhi hasate rehte the to unhe aise achanak..

Nani : sab galti meri hai… Meri hi parvarish me koi kami thi jo mere sage bete ne itna badha dhoka diya…

Sana : k.. Kya mamu!
She looked around to see her mamu and his family but they were not there… She looked at her nani in disbelief….

Nani : tere mama ne rupali ki property or savings jo tere naam pr thi vo dhoke se apne naam karli, tere liye kuch nahi chorha 😭😭😭 sab khud le liya, tere Nanu ko jab pata chala to vo seh nahi paye or achanak unke sine me dard hua, maine tere mamu ko bola hospital lane ko pr usne mana kar diya, fir maine samne wale sharma ji ko bola vo Hume hospital le kar aaye or abhi reception pr baki ki formalities karne gaye hai 😭😭😭

Sana : bus bus nani aap matt ro, Nanu bilkul thik ho jayege mai aa gayi hu na, huh.. Aap shant ho jao… Vikas bhai please nani ke liye ek cup chai or sandwich le aayiye canteen se…

Vikas nodded positively and went to buy something to eat for all of them though Sana asked only for nani but he knew they needs some energy to handle the situation… Meanwhile Sana told nani about Madhu kushal and vikas…

Sana : nani mai reception pr form wagera dekhti hu, aap yahi raho ok! Madhu, kushal tum dono please nani ka khyal rakho mai aati

She wiped her tears and went to reception to find their neighbor Mr sharma talking with receptionist about form while receptionist asked him to call patient's family member to fill form…

Sana : ji mai patient ki naati hu, unki grand daughter, mai to fill kar sakti hu na form…?

Receptionist : sorry mam! But because of all the guidelines we had to be strict sometimes so I asked him to call family members and yes you can fill this form…

Sana nodded her head positively and filled necessary information in form and signed it…

Receptionist : mam you need to deposit fifty thousand rupees for operation…
Sana : fif.. Fifty thousand! But… But mere pass to itne paise nahi hai abhi, mai, umm sharma uncle kya aapke pass hai mai aapko baad me wapis de dugi!

Sharma : nahi nahi beta mere pass itne paise kaha se aayege, abhi kuch mahine pehle hi bittu ki shadi ki usme sari savings use ho gayi thi…

Sana nodded positively understanding his situation also… She thought for a few seconds and than turned towards receptionist…

Sana : aap doctors ko boliye operation start kare mai jaldi se paiso ka intezam karke deposit karwa dugi…

Receptionist : I am really sorry mam, jab tak payment deposit nahi hogi we can't start operation and I will suggest you to deposit as soon as possible as patient is not doing
well…

Sana : what do you mean not doing well huh? Vo thik hoge or tumhe kaha na bolo Dr ko operation karne ko, mai shaam tak paise kahi se bhi la kr dugi…

Receptionist : sorry mam but we can't…

Sana was about answer her back but before a voice came from behind making her heart more emotional…

"how much?" Sana turned to find Sid standing there with a bag on his shoulder, his hairs were totally messed and it looked like he came in hurry their, sana's heart swelled thinking that he came all the way for her… Sid came towards reception and placed his
credit card on table….

Sid : how much, I asked!

Receptionist : sir fifty thousand rupees…

Sid : i hope you accept cards!

Receptionist : yes… Yes sir for sure…

Sana stood there looking at sid with her welled up eyes, sid payed amount and turned towards Sana, concern was evident in his eyes… Sharma got call so he left from there to attend call….

Sana : mai jald hi tumhare paise wapis kar dugi, don't… Don't worry…

Sid : you don't need to shehnaaz…

His right hand moved closer to her face to wipe her tears, but before that they heard
kushal's voice and turned towards him…

Kushal : sidharth tu aa gya! Vo mai shehnaz ko dekhne aaya tha, formalities ho gayi to nani ke pass chalo, she needs you shehnaaz…

Sana nodded and went behind him but stopped in middle to turn and look towards Sid standing there still…. She nodded her head positively as gesturing him that he can come, sid slightly nodded his head and followed her…

Sana went near Nani and sit beside her taking her in her arms…

Sana : nani aap itna kyu ro rahi ho, aapko malum hai na aapke or nanu ke ilawa koi nahi
hai mera! Huh…
