~ CHAPTER TWENTY ONE ~
Hello.
I said I was going to try to update this story in my other story, so here I am, attempting to gather together enough energy to write a chapter.
So, I'll just get onto the story since you probably don't want to listen to me ramble on in writing.
☁︎︎ PREVIOUSLY ☁︎︎
I slowly opened my door and got out of the car. I was just about ready to bolt out of there when Sansa grabbed my shoulders from behind and began walking with me into the building.
"Was I really that obvious?" I asked, knowing he had just figured out what I was thinking.
"Yea, but only cause I know you."
"Oh please, only I know me." That made things worse didn't it. Now he was offended. Maybe he would hit me. Maybe he would tell the others what I said and they would all beat the life out of me.
That was normal for adults, right.
Whenever I made a comment even resembling something that might offend my father, that's what he would do.
Sometimes if he had his friends over they all would do it. Oh no. I'm screwed.
But instead, he just wore a slight frown and continued leading me inside.
Hmm... strange.
☕︎︎
I brushed it off as just a difference in upbringing and continued the treacherous journey to the front entrance.
I actually find it a bit funny how the officers who know me don't even bother with the cuffs anymore.
Well, they are kinda pointless.
It is most likely common knowledge at this point that I can easily get out of them if I want to.
I hesitated at the door and glanced back at Sansa with a desperate expression.
"Are you also informed on what happened the other day?" I was hoping he would say no. That at least not everyone in the building knew what had occurred.
"Yea, basically everyone in there knows. Some of them even seemed worried."
Dangit.
Diddly dag nabbit.
"I'm screwed."
"Most likely, yes."
"Well thanks for the encouragement, buddy."
I know that I kinda wanted this to happen at first so that I could annoy some people, but now I was really regretting my decision.
I still wasn't even making a move to open the door, so Sansa reached from behind me and did it instead.
Sansa led my inside by holding both of my shoulders firmly and no matter how much I wanted to leave, I knew that I couldn't expose my epic ninja moves and flip him before bolting for the door.
Gosh, how hard it is to be so skilled.
*single tear falls from eyes*
He led me to Tsukauchi's office, all the while I was getting looks from the different officers. A full range of looks that just screamed 'him again' to looks that held relief or slight worry. What a delightful mix, but it is to be expected since I'm 'such a nuisance'.
