Third Person's POV.
The next day Bahorel was waiting for Lexis to come back. After their first meeting, Bahorel was lovestruck and wanted to impress the young girl. He was stupid with love. Around 2;30pm Ariana came with Lexis for Ariana's shift. "Alright Lexis, be good and stay away from any boys," Ariana instructed. Lexis nodded obediently, still clearly scared of her older sister. Mac saw Lexis and walked over to Bahorel. "Bahorel, psst Bahorel!" Mac hissed at him. He looked over at her, gesturing for her to continue. "Go talk to her," Mac urged the man.
"I know I know! But I'm waiting for Ariana to go," Bahorel said pointing the woman in question. "Okay! I'll distract her," Mac told him. Bahorel nodded at Mac. "Hey Ariana, where do you want to start today?" Mac asked her.
"I'll start upstairs," Ariana informed. Mac slightly smiled and performed a discrete thumbs up at Bahorel. Then Ariana ascended upstairs. Bahorel made his way over to Lexis. "Hi Bahorel," Lexis greeted smiling. Lexis always enjoyed seeing Bahorel. It made her day to see someone who wasn't a girl and talk to them. "Hi Lexis," Bahorel greeted back smiling too.
"Glad you could make it," Lexis said.
"Glad I can be here. There's great company," Bahorel said.
"Do you want to go outside?" Lexis asked. Bahorel nodded.
"There's great company so sure," Bahorel agreed. The pair went outside their soon-to-be regular meeting place. "Sooo," Bahorel trailed off. "Nice weather we're having,".
"Yeah," Lexis agreed. "Why did you choose me to talk to?" she asked. Bahorel looked at her.
"Because you're sweet, kind and amazing," Bahorel listed.
"You think all that?" a flattered Lexis questioned.
"Of course I do!" Bahorel chirped. Lexis smiled but it faded away while she talked again.
"It's great to have someone who loves me for who I am and not how I look," she sighed.
"Has- has that happened to you?" Bahorel asked.
"Yeah. And it's happening with my sister," Lexis admitted. She felt a bit of pressure being taken off her shoulders. "I'm sorry about that. But what's happening with Ariana? Who do I have to beat up?" Bahorel protectively questioned. He held Lexis' hand. His gaze never left hers. He wanted to make sure Lexis was always okay. "With Ariana, she's forcing me to wear a lot of things. It's uncomfortable and I just want to be myself. Not have to wear corsets that are very tight," Lexis explained.
"I'm sorry about that Lexis," Bahorel said.
"Thanks. She's also said a lot of mean things," Lexis replied.
"Do you want me to get Kaylin to punch her?" Bahorel asked Lexis who shook her head.
"It's okay. Thanks for caring," Lexis muttered.
"I will always care!" Bahorel declared. Lexis giggled and kissed his cheek in gratitude. "You missed," Bahorel said.
"Missed what?" Lexis said confused.
"This," Bahorel told her softly kissing her.Lexis' eyes widened in shock but she soon kissed back. Mac watched this from the doorway. "Awwww," she fangirled. Then Lexis and Bahorel pulled away from the kiss. "You didn't miss then," Bahorel said smirking.
"Neither did you love," Lexis replied smirking too. Bahorel started fanboying over this nickname. "L-love?" he stuttered.
"Yeah love," Lexis told him smiling.
"I like it!" Bahorel said.
"You two are adorable but unfortunately Ariana and I are switching places in a few minutes. Just a little warning," Mac explained.
"Okay we'll be a few more minutes," Lexis told Mac who nodded.
"Okay just be careful," Mac said walking off.
"So if I call you love what are you going to call me?" Lexis asked her love.
"Amour!" Bahorel chirped.
"Okay handsome," Lexis giggled. Bahorel started fanboying once more. "When Ariana leaves for upstairs shall we meet up again?" Lexis asked.
"If you want to then yes," Bahorel replied.
"Of course! Here's my address so you can write. Bye!" Lexis chirped passing Bahorel a note and then skipping off. Bahorel dreamily sighed. "Bahorel you have to act normal. As much as I hate to admit it, Ariana is smart and would find out," Mac told him.
"How can I? I got her address and we kissed!" He exclaimed happily. Mac shook her head at how in love he is. "Well here comes Ariana," Bahorel said as the pair walked inside. Ariana was making her way over to Lexis. "Good luck," Mac muttered walking over to Enjolras.
