"This way" Sam yelled and Annastasia, James and John followed him

"Hey, Sharon" Bucky spoke on the earpiece "we're underground"

"We entered the tunnel of William" Annastasia explained "heading south"

"Looks like they split up, here" Sam told everyone

Just as the man said that John turned the corner

"I got it" Bucky said and followed John

"Come on" Sam spoke and he and Anna continued

The girl heard whistling and signed to Sam to follow her as she slowly walked

They found Karli and Sharon laying in the ground while holding her stomach

"Stay back" Karli voiced

"Shar" Nastya gasped and ran to the other blonde girl

"What next?" Sam spoke to Karli while Anna ripped her shirt, luckily for her was oversized, and tight the piece around Sharon's wound "you kill ten this time, then, what, a hundred? Where does it end? Please let me help you"

"Don't try and manipulate me" she pointed her gun to Sharon again when Sam pushed her

Karli threw a brick at him and he dodged it with the shield

"I'm not gonna fight you" Sam yelled

"Stay down" the girl yelled as she hit him with a tube

"No" the man said and stood up

"Fight back" Karli yelled while hitting him multiple times

"Stop it"

"Fight me! Fight back!"

Sam's shield was on the ground and just as Karli was about to shoot him, she was shot by Sharon

Anna looked her in shock

Sam ran to Karli held her in his arms

"Are you hurt, why is there so much blood" Bucky questioned and cupped Anna's face  while kissing her when he saw the blood on what was left from her shirt and her hands

"I'm fine, I promise" she replied as she held his arms and watched how gracefully Sam landed with Karli in his hands

"What happened to the Flag Smashers?"

"When did the government make you Captain America?"

"Is it still Falcon?"

"Or is it Captain Falcon?"

Those were the questions the reporters asked Sam

"Your peacekeeping troops carrying weapons are forcing millions of people into settlements around the world, right?" Sam spoke to the senator "What do you think those people are gonna call you? These labels, "terrorists", "refugee", "thug", they're often used to get around the question, why?"

"Those settlements that happened five years ago" Lacont spoke "do you think it's fair for governments to have to support them?"

"Yes"

"And the people who reappeared" the senator began "only to find someone else living in their family home, they just end up homeless? Look, I get it. But you have to understand how complicated this situation is"

"You know what? You are right. And that's a good thing. We finally have a common struggle now, think about that. For once, all the people who've been begging, and I mean, literally begging for you to feel how hard any given day is... Now you know. How did it feel to be helpless? Now if you could remember what it was like to be helpless and face a force so powerful it could erase half the planet, you would know that you're about to have the exact same impact. This isn't about easy decisions, Senator"

"You don't understand"

Sam scoffed "I'm a Black man carrying the Stars and Stripes. What don't I understand? Every time I pick this thing up, I know there are millions of people who are gonna hate me for it"

Nastya smiled and leaned on Bucky's shoulder "he's good at speeches, I have to admit it"

"Even now, here... I feel it. The stares, the judgment and there's nothing I can do to change it. Yet, I'm still here. No super serum, no blond hair or blue eyes. The only power I have is that I believe we can do better. We can't demand that people step up if we don't meet them halfway. Look" he turned to Lacont "you control all the banks. Shit, you can move borders! You can knock down a forest with an email, you can feed a million people with a a phone call. But the question is, who's in the room when you make those decisions? Hmm? Is it people you're gonna impact? Or is it more people like you? I mean, this girl does trying to stop you, and no one has stopped for a second to ask why" he then turned to the Senator "you gonna do better, Senator. You've gotta step up. Because if you don't, the next Karli will and you don't wanna see 2.0"

When Sam was finished with his speech he walked to Bucky and Anna

"Sorry, I was, uh, I was texting and so, all I heard was, un "a Black guy in Stars and Stripes""

"And something about second Karli"

The three chuckled

"Nice job, Cap" Bucky smiled

"Thanks... Sharon?"

"Blocking my light"

"We gotta get you to a hospital"

"She won't go"

"It's not the worst thing that's happened to me all week" Sharon panted

"Told you"

"Look, I'm sorry for how things ended down there. For what it's worth, suit looks good on you"

"Alright, can we get out of here, please" Bucky suggested and he, Sharon and Annastasia walked away

"Woah, hello buddy" Nastya smiled and lifted AJ up while Bucky pretended he's fighting Cass

"Oh, there he is" Bucky chuckled

"Don't drop the cake" Nastya yelled

"Where's everybody" the man questioned and placed the cake on the table

They had an amazing time with Sam's family and friends. The food tasted amazing as always and Nastya loved playing with Cass and AJ and so did Bucky

The kids used his metal arm as a tree which was hilarious

Sam was later watching the sea with Bucky when Nastya got in the middle of them and out on hand on Sam's and one hand on Bucky's shoulder "I told you we were a good team" she told them as they walked off

"You might be right" Sam agreed

"By the way I have something to tell you guys" the girl spoke

"Tell us"

"I'm pregnant" she smiled

"What?!" Bucky and Sam yelled at the same time as they gave her a shocked look
